The business leaders in the audience are stunned into silence.

I thought only the rich invested in the stock market isn't that what the liberals always tell us? SO why should we care if some evil-rich people lost their money?
BTW something should be done here, but this just looks like another Bushism--when under pressure from attacks by the media and the democrats, come out and do something liberal to try and silence the critics. Typical
To: Mo1
It appears this speech is NOT making those out for profit happy.

I watched the Dick and Tommy show, didn't hear it, though. Hit the mute button.

The business leaders in the audience are stunned into silence. Why? What's Bush saying?

His plan really puts the CEOs et al on the line, legally AND financially. A few surprises, too.

I checked all the C-Span links and couldn't find this being broacast there.
I guess I'll have to wait for Limbaugh to get any details...

Well my favorite part is the challenge to CEO's to explain their compensation and justify why it is good for the company and shareholders. I bet Eisner won't like that one much! HA!
To: Howlin
Well if Wall Street wants my money .. then they need to get their act together first
