Nah. He ain't gotta clue. Some people lead, some people try to help them lead.
Some people are "major league clymers". Consider yourself one of the chosen few.

It is a good question why even today the press doesn't ask clinton/gore/their minions about their business dealings and how they took campaign contributions from CEO's and those investigators disappeared. They also interferred in so many businesses and wonder how much campaign money changed hands or money under the table.
But we cannot expect the press to investigation something like that -- better to use the RAT talking point papers for their questions for their soundbites on the evening news.

"As far as Osama Bin Laden, I have no idea.... but I'm guessing he's a pile of dust in a cave somewhere in Afghanistan"Or ashes. I hope he was incinerated by a fuel-air bomb.
To: carenot
If he don't, why not? Those bunker buster bombs may be so good they don't even leave any DNA behind.... that could be it.
To: carenot
same reason your post shows some people don't get it

However, Musharraf said in January that he believed Osama was dead and gone, and I have no reason to not accept that. Eyewitness report posted on FR: Dead of pneumonia in December in a dank mountain cave, possibly by 15 Dec.So why doesn't GW know 6 months later?
What is the CIA for?
Or the other alphabet agencys?

The NAACP answer was a real winner! He hit that one out of the park! The press corps doesn't even seem to get it when he hits one over their head! They are oblivious and waiting to ask the same question that several others did!
Amazing how they can see themselves on TV and not think they look like idiots!

I wish I could believe what [Bush] says. And now, I don't care what [Bush] says.I wonder what he thinks of what "carenot" says. You obviously made up your mind when you first registered. You Care Not.
And, frankly, I "care not" what you think about anything, because you are a real "helen thomas" in my book...

You truely are clueless. Your pitiful attempts at witticism prove that.
Here's a tip for you : don't improvise. You are only mildly irritating when you stick to the script, but at least when you DO stick to the script you don't sound brainless on top of it.

Thanks for the transcript, deport.
I have kids jumping around, and missed some of it.

I agree. He was definitely irritated by the silliness of the Harkin drone. (I said in an earlier post that he seemed like a patient, but irritated father dealing with a 5 year old). But at the same time, I thought he seemed mellow and in good humor, and at times I thought he might be thinking "I'd rather be fishing."
He wasn't always articulate, but then again, that's not his strong suit, is it? :o)
I did like his "If he's still alive, we'll get him, if he isn't alive, we got him" comment about Bin Laden. I laughed out loud when he said that one!
I can't wait to hear his speech tomorrow night.

"I fyou must, call me a Bush Bot then, but I'd prefer to called me prudent.." As long as we call you, right? ;)

The way the press corps and the RATS are squealing, there must be something big about to break and most likely it concerns something that Pitt has discovered.
Would tend to think it also affects McCain the way he is going after Pitt.
Now if we could just connect the dots. This is going to be fun the way it looks. Pres Bush had that twinkle in his eye when he talked about Pitt so I suspect something is really up!

All of this accounting starts off back in the clinton days. He cannot give the press one bit of edge by tying it to clinton -- let the Congressional folks do that! And if we had more than an handful of honest reporters that would happen also. No, I agree. GW must not go after justice for the Clinton's or Janet.
Let's let the reporters do that.

What makes you think you are entitled to know if Osama is dead or alive? It won't change the fact that al Qada is still dangerous and a lethal threat against us all.But you need to hear it from GWB ?
You don't handle war every well, do you?
To: PhiKapMom
I expect the speech tomorrow will have a few surprises. I am looking forward to it.
Excellent press conference today. I am trying to remember if Clinton actually answered questions the way President Bush did. Sadly, I can't remember, because I think whenever that jerk was talking I tuned out.
