Some goober is asking him about his lack of a good record on race issues. Presisent Bush made a mockery of it...as well he should, reminding the idiot reporter of Colin Powell and Condi Rice.

LOVED the answer about the NAACP
To: vikingchick
Why don't the reporters just combine their obsessions and ask about Harkin Pitt?? That is RICH!!!
To: Wait4Truth
Press: What about the NAACP conventions you haven't attended since 2000 ... mumble mumble, blah, blah . . .
"... There I was . . . sitting around the table looking at Colin Powel and Congie Rice!"

I am watching this on the MSNBC website.....it is absolutely infurating.
Bush mentioned multiple things he wants done in Congress. The media is not asking ONE....NOT EVEN ONE question about the press conference itself. What the HELL IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE!
I understand the need to be a watchdog of govt. and so they should ask him about the stock situation. But that is all they have been asking about....for crying out loud, ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ask something about his remarks in teh press conference...ask about judicial nominees also.
Man I am angry. The bastards need their WH press credentials revoked.

You are so right about accounting practices. Probably also depends on who is auditing and how much they know!
To: Recovering_Democrat
Ethics...this is something the media is not familiar with.
To: Howlin
Why didn't he get Osama...if we get him, we get him...LOL!

On Osama: If he's alive, we'll get him. If he's dead, we got him!!!

WHY the President hasn't attended an NAACP event since 2000 - answer, because I was busy sitting in a national security meeting with Condi Rice and Colin Powell. Oh its just so crazy. Clinton didn't even have time for national security meetings...but was probably at every possible NAACP event he could possibly attend.
To: Howlin
I just love this guy.
To: alisasny
Thanks. That is what I was looking for.
