Happy 56th Birthday George W. Bush
President Bush is spending today, his 56th birthday, vacationing at the Bush residence in Kennebunkport, Maine. The President spent his day golfing at Cape Arundel Golf Club and also answered questions regarding the assassination of the Afghan Vice President. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

Thanks, guys. I am feeling very teary-eyed about President Bush tonight. I can't explain it. My heart is kind of aching and I feel a sadness when I picture him in my mind. Very strange. Maybe it's just because I know what the next months are going to be like for him. I heard on one of the cable shows today that after the July 4th holiday weekend, the RATS plan to hit him full force from now until the November election. They also plan to go after VP Cheney. My tears may just be frustration and anger - I just don't know. All I know is that I love him and thank God every day for this wonderful and compassionate Christian leader.

Well, then....start praying. I've heard it said that if someone comes to your mind, it's the Holy Spirit telling you to PRAY!
Good thing for all of us to do tonight .
To: Wait4Truth
The best thing you can do is pray for him at every opportunity, and speak out in whatever way you can, even if it is to someone you work with or to a relative who is believing the Rat spin. We MUST help in this battle, which is going to be non-stop until the elections.
I intend to write letters, call talk radio, and chastise reporters at every opportunity. I also am going to give some money to the Senate campaign.
But most of all, pray. I think that is the most important thing of all.

Wasn't somebody on this dose telling us that when we had those feelings about the President we should immediately start praying for him? I think it was GretchenEE but I'm not sure.

You both said to pray. I do pray for him but I will pray harder. As far as talking to people about him, I do. In fact, I have been told to shut up about him. LOL! Not that that works, of course. I worked hard on his 2000 campaign and plan to do the same the next time. It still amazes me how much I care about this President, this man. I agree that my tears for him tonight indicate that I need to pray. Thank you both for your words.
