Khalid Mohammed has been identified as one of the FBIs 22 most wanted for his role in masterminding or implementing the 9/11 attacks for Bin Laden and AlQaeda. This was reported in the NY Times in mid June 2002 by James Risen. It has recently been learned that Mohammed was directly involved with and oversaw the participants in the 1994 meeting with Terry Nichols in the Philippines to plan the OKC bombing.
Khalid Mohammed was in charge of the men connected to AlQaeda, Bin Laden and Abu Sayeff, the men who met with Nichols in the Philippines to plot the OKC bombing in 1994:
Abdul Murad, Ramzi Yousef (Pakistani helper of Iraq convicted for the 1993 WTC attack and planner of the project Bojinka-airline attacks plot), Edwin Angeles (undercover Philippine police) and Wali Khan (helped set up Abu Sayeff for Bin Laden).
Khalid Mohammed was living with his nephew Ramzi Yousef in the Philippines at the time of the Nichols meeting in 1994. Mohammed, Youseff, Murad and Nichols all fled the Philippines within a few days of an explosives blast associated with Yousef’s apartment in the Philippines.
Khalid Mohammed came to the US afterwards-this has been confirmed by the Philippine National Bureau of Investigation and police authorities within the past few weeks.
Mohammed's coming to the US adds more credence to the allegations that Mohammed was in OKC and met with and was paid by Samir Khalil, the employer of two the FBI’s APB original ME suspects in the OKC bombing, Abraham Ahmad and Al Hussaini, the Iraqi Republican Guard member seen with McVeigh. Samir Khalil has also been tied to Holy Land Foundation, a Hamas terror organization in Dallas by LC Johnson, former CIA and State Department official on terrorism on Fox News within the past month.
Khalid Mohammed , the mastermind of the 9/11 attacks, has allegedly been identified as being paid three times in OKC in 1995 by Samir Khalil. The secretary of the employer, Sharon Twilley, went to authorities with this information after being threatened in OKC by Middle Eastern men soon after the 9/11 attacks.
Since Khalid was involved with the planning meeting in the Philippines for the OKC bombing with Terry Nichols and allegedly was paid by Khalil, it is now a strong possibility that Khalid was the mastermind or the chief implementer of both the OKC bombing and 9/11 attacks. It will later be shown in this article that Khalid Mohammed was an implementer and possible mastermind of the 1993 WTC attacks who likely used some of the same people in the OKC bombing as he used in the 1993 WTC attacks.
The Director of the US House Task Force on Terrorism and Unconventional Warfare, Yousef Bodansky recently told Fox News that Bodansky had written and sent on March 3, 1995 an official warning notice of an attack on the Murrah building in OKC to US intelligence and law enforcement. This notice was sent six weeks before the OKC bombing. The Murrah building was listed as a specific possible target (among other Federal buildings in America’s Heartland) of a Middle Eastern attack using “lily whites”, that is possible Americans with no criminal records, men like Nichols and McVeigh. This notice may have well been referring to intelligence connected to the Nichols meeting in the Philippines with the surrogates of Khalid Mohammed.
Unfortuantely, Bodansky for some reason chose not to publicly come forward with the details of the official prior warning notice information until either late last year or early this year. Former reporter Jayna Davis revealed in an interview with Jim Quinn and Davis Schippers (audio link posted on FreeRepublic.com) that she has known the specifics of the Bodansky memo for years. In the Quinn interview Schippers said he called Davis on 9/11 after the attacks and urged Davis to finally release the details of the Bodasnky memo. Stephen Jones had tried unsuccessfully to get the details of the memo released before and during the McVeigh trial when Jones spoke to Judge Matsch in his chambers about having Davis subpoenaed as a witness.
The Newark Star Ledger in an article by Robert Rudolf published excerpts of a US Marshals memo from Eduardo Gonzales putting US Marshals on alert at all US Federal buildings including the Murrah building for a possible ME attack in connection with a Fatwah issued over the 1993 WTC bombing trial. This is significant because, as this article will show, the planners and participants in the 1993 WTC attacks also helped in the OKC bombing and in the 9/11 attacks which were originally planned in OKC.
FBI agents, US Marshals, the BATF and Federeral Judge Wayne Ally were tipped of a possible ME attack on the Murrah building in late March 1995 according to McVeigh pretrial hearing court documents from 1996 and an interview with Judge Ally by his hometown newspaper the Oregonian in 1995.
My wife was threatened by the FBI over my wife being told by prominent FBI agents wives on April 19, 1995 that the FBI expected the attack and that the wives husbands and other FBI agents were kept out of the Murrah building the day of the bombing.
OK Deputy Sheriffs Dave Kochendorfer and Don Hammons held a news conference in OKC in December 1997 and testified before the OK County Grand Jury about OK Congressman Ernest Istook telling them that Istook and the FBI had received a prior warning of a ME attack on the Murrah building on April 9, 1995 and “blew it”. FBI agent James Carlisle threatened me over my wife’s story and threatened Kochendorfer over his story. Carlisle falsified his FBI 302 interview report with Kochendoerfer to cover up the prior warning story for the FBI and DOJ.
Senator James Inhofe’s chief of staff, Herb Johnson was told by the head of the FBI command center in OKC the week of the bombing that the DOJ had ordered the FBI to conceal from the public ME involvement in the OKC bombing. I discussed this was Inhofe my self in January 1999. In April 1999 I briefed Joan Grimson, the legal counsel for the Senate Intelligence Committee about Herb Johnson’s story and my conversation with Senator Inhofe.
Saudi intelligence contacted the former CIA operations chief for the ME, Vincent Cannistraro, within hours of the OKC bombing and told Cannistraro that Sadam Hussein had hired seven Pakistanis (Ramzi Yousef was likely one of them-he is from Baluchistan) to help (McVeigh and Nichols) do the OKC bombing. The Saudis likely knew of the OKC bombing plot before the OKC bombing from their Hamas and AlQaeda informants around the world who would have found out about Khalid Mohammed plans hatched in the Philippines with Terry Nichols.
Two Pakistanis still believed to have been involved in the OKC bombing were arrested on April 19, 1995, two in Dallas and one in OKC. They were Mohammed Chafti and Anas and Asad Sadiqqy from Brooklin New York and had been implicated in 1993 WTC attack. The men were let go by the FBI after intervention and lying by Attorney General Janet Reno. The FBI 302 reports on the arrests were found in FBI agent Danny Defenbaughs Dallas office in early 2001. Defenbaugh was inspector of the OKC bombing Task Force.
William Northrup, a joint US and Israeli intelligence agent, was dispatched by Israeli intelligence from Florida on April 16, 1995 and sent the FBI office in OKC to deliver a warning to the FBI of an impending ME attack on the Murrah building. Northrup made the allegation to the former Pentagon terror advisor Jesse Clear in 1996. Northrup has know Clear for decades. Israeli intelligence may have learned of the OKC bombing plot in Florida from Israeli monitoring of the World Islamic Institute (WISE) and AlQaeda and Hamas terror cells connected to the University of Southern Florida and AlArian, the terror professor at the university.
Jose Padilla, the dirty (radiation) bomber suspect may have also been connected with this group WISE in Florida since Padilla and MCVeigh lived close to each in Florida in 1993-1994. Padilla looks like one of the Mexican John Does seen crossing the street with McVeigh just after he exited the Ryder truck a few minutes before the blast.
There was a raid at an OKC mosque on March 13, 1995 by a Federal undercover task force in connection with a search for professor terrorist suspected of being connected with the WISE group in Florida.
A black man from St Louis, Melvin Lattimore, who was also a Muslim extremist (Menepta) was identified as being with two other John Does and McVeigh’s car in OKC near the Murrah building on April 18, 1995. The black man had his credit card used in the 1993 WTC attacks and was likely connected to the Pakistanis arrested in OKC who also were implicated in the 1993 WTC attacks. The black man also was named by an informant as a top FBI suspect in the OKC bombing on April 20, 1995. And the black man was 9/11 pilot suspect Moussaoui’s roommate in Norman OK.
The 1993 WTC attacks and subsequent attempts on the WTC including 6h3 9/11 attack were planned in OKC at a Hamas sponsored conference videotaped by CNN reporter Steve Emerson and put in this video, “Jihad in America.”
So what we have is the mastermind and implementer of the 9/11 attacks and probably the OKC bombing also connected directly to the 1993 WTC attacks through Ramzi Yousef his nephew and his ties to AlQaeda. When Mohammed comes to OKC and is allegedly being paid by the Hamas operative Khalil , he also appears to have been assisted by at least four men who like Khalid Mohammed also assisted with the 1993 WTC bombing that was planned in OKC. These four men again are Melvin Lattimore, (Menepta) and three Pakistanis that the Saudis told the CIA were likely paid by Sadam Hussein to assist in the OKC bombing.
Samir Khalil is also alleged to have met with Nichols and McVeigh in Las Vegas in 1994 along with an Iraqi recruiter. As well as employing the two FBI suspects, the Iraqi Al Hussain and Abraham Ahmad. It is very likely that Khalid Mohammed was acquainted with Ahmad and Al Hussaini in addition to Khalil in OKC.
It is very possible that Khalid Mohammed helped plan the OKC bombing in the Philippines and then came to OKC to help implement his plan with the further assistance of Khalil, Al Hussaini, Ahmad, Lattimore and the Pakistanis many some of the same men who helped Mohammed and Yousef pull of the 1993 WTC attack. Khalid Mohammed may have even known and worked with Jose Padilla, the dirty bomber.
And since Khalid Mohammed has been named by the FBI and DOJ as the mastermind of the 9/11 attacks, Khalid Mohammed likely helped get support for the five hijacker plot pilots associated with the Norman, OK flight school (airman) near OKC. Some of these pilots started training at the Airman flight school directly for Bin Laden in 1994 such as Ihab Nawawi and Ihab Moahmmed Ali. Moussaoui (Lattimore’s roommate) trained the Airman fligh school and hijackers Atta and AlShehhi visited the flight school. The FBI told the Airman flight school in 1999 that the FBI knew some of these men (the men who came to the school the same time Khalid Mohammed is believed to have come to OKC) were training for terror missions with airplanes

Also in the meeting with Nichols was John Lebney, an American who worked directly with the mainland Chinese to smuggle electronics in and out of the Philippines. Lebney lived in Davao City from 1990 to 1996 and was known to the Philippine authorities and likely the CIA who still keeps close ties with Philippine authorities.
Lebney's known and strong Chinese ties have huge possible ramifications because the Chinese have been funding, training and providing weapons to AlQaeda, the Taliban and Sadam Hussein for many years. The Chinese very likely would have known about and could have had a role through Lebney in the Nichols meeting with Khalid Mohammed lieutenants in the Philippines to plot the destruction of the Murrah building in OKC.
Clinton's ties to the Chinese military and Clintons blocking of information about the Nichols meeting via Anthony Lake and his two CIA directors and FBI director, could lead one to speculate that Clinton and the CIA and FBI may have had a role or known about the OKC bombing before it happened.

The Chinese connection has been largely ignored, but I think it is a critical to understanding the threat.
We do get bits and pieces. For example, it was reported in the press that the Chinese government demanded access to Chinese citizens being detained at Gitmo and other facilities.
Practically every time a weapons cash is discovered in Afghanistan and the source country is identified, it is China, everything from rifles to surface to air missiles.
Twelve months ago the U.S. National Intelligence Assessment revealed that primarily two countries had advanced technology sufficient to inflict serious damage to the U.S. infrastructure using a cyber-attack. Computers discovered in Afghanistan indicate al Qaeda now have this technology. I believe it is likely China enhanced their capability from technology transfers from the U.S and have now passed that capability to Al Qaeda.
Also consider the John Lebney connection described in the article.
If reports of bin Laden's kidney problems are true, there are a finite number of locations he could receive adequate care. All are accessable by the U.S. except the locations in China. If bin Laden is alive, I think it is likely he is in China. Otherwise, we would have heard from him. Communicating from China would risk exposing his location and the Chinese are not prepared to risk that yet, in my opinion.
Rumsfeld: Mr. Secretary, are there detainees of Chinese origin? And do you plan to send them back to the Chinese government?
Rumsfeld: I don't recall whether there are still any Chinese. There certainly have been reports of Chinese al Qaeda- related people both in Afghanistan and in Chechnya. Whether we have any in tow or not, I'm not -- I don't recall.

China today termed as ``misleading'' the reports that Huawei technologies, its top telecommunications company, was allegedly developing telecom surveillance equipment in India for the ousted Taliban regime, and urged the Indian media not to damage the present ``favourable trend'' in bilateral ties. ``We are surprised to see the misleading report regarding Chinese engineers developing electronic surveillance system in India for the Taliban,'' the Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Ms. Zhang Qiyue, said. ``This is not true,'' she said when asked to comment on reports that the Cabinet Committee on Security, headed by the Union Home Minister, Mr. L.K. I believe this is the link between China and al Qaeda that identifies the source of the next attack and I expect the attack very soon.

Telecom equipment project by the Chinese for Taliban at Bangalore

Revelations that the Taliban was working on a telecom surveillance equipment with the help of the Chinese in a Bangalore-based project actually cleared by the Government of India has caused red faces in the country’s security establishment.A senior government official in fact said that India did not want to upset the Chinese government but conceded that India might ask 300 Chinese software engineers to leave the country. Official sources said that since all the requisite permission had been obtained there was no question of “deportation”. The official agreed it was a serious security lapse given the developing situation in Afghanistan.The tip-off apparently came from Western Intelligence sources but it was later verified by Indian Intelligence agencies. A final view on how to deal with the situation is yet to be taken.
The Chinese telecom software company had brought in the telecom engineers from China in September on six months’ visa to ensure total secrecy over the project. No Indian apparently is directly involved in the project.

I incorrectly included Murad in the list of men who had fled the Philippines at the time of a fire (not a blast?) suspected of having been associated with explosives. Murad was arrested in the Philippines soon afterwards. A number of reliable news sources have published information stating Murad was arrested in the Philippines including the New American magazine in an article by William Jasper. John Berger was kind enough to call this error to my attention and provide an additional news story for Murad's arrest:

As far as John Bergers observation in reply #35 that WISE is not needed as a "linch pin" connection to Padilla, I agree. But one of many points made in my aritcle was that McVeigh may have had connections with the Islamic terrroist type people from WISE in Southern Florida possibly learned of by Israeli intelligence. But I can not rule out that Padilla never had anything to do with WISE and therfore thought it appropriate to mention the possibility in the ariticle.
John Berger also asked me give him source articles for use on his website. And Berger wanted to know which police officials had provided information that Mohammed had traveled to the US.

In that story a Rodolfo Mendoza is identified as a northern Philippine police official who supervised operations against AlQaeda agents in the Philippines. The story cites a police report prepared by Mendoza describing Mohammed's role with Murad, Youseff, Murad and others. The report also says Mohammed traveled to Israel and the United States.
Recall in my previous writings that the former Pentagon terror advisor Jesse Clear and Stephen Jones were blocked by the Clinton administration for several years in getting information out of the Philippines on the connections to OKC. Clear gave me the details of the blockage in 1996.
And our Hamas appeaser (gave speech to American Muslim Counsel last week), FBI director Mueller, returned from a fact finding (or coverup?) trip to the Philippines less than two months ago. Why am I not confident that Mueller won't repeat the behavior of the Clinton administration of blocking or deliberately altering the real story out of the Philippines (and even using major news media to do it for him) for political damage control reasons? Remember Mueller was the only Republican named as a US attorney (Northern California)for both of Clintons terms when Clinton dumped all the other Repub US attorneys.
As far as some of the other info in the my article, I have confidential sources which I can not reveal at this time but I am very confident in the sources.
I and others have posted several other articles and replies on FR recently that provide part of the background for my article to the point of common knowledge for those who follow these things closely.
I have not written this article for major news media. I really wrote it to connect the dots for my friends at FR and for some people who have the supporting documentation.
My real intent is to integrate and connect the dots. I am trying to do this in a way that the story can get out before it is altered and doctored by some in the major news media for the government. This has been and still is an on going problem for years in the OKC case.
The major media in the US has deliberately not reported key facts about OKC and 9/11 for many years under Clinton and Bush. The major media in the US has altered or withheld some information to keep callers from DOJ, the White House and FBI happy for political and nnot national security reasons.
I have provided extremely well documented stories to the mainline press before on OKC and 9/11. All they did was either steal it (gave me no credit when they rewrote the story) , not carry it at all or totally rewrite and alter the story in a way that was false and misleading and intentionally changed the conclusions of the article for ulterior motives. This behavior includes that of print and TV media in the US. I know of journalists in print and TV media who have had their stories and my stories spiked at the highest executive levels of the media to keep the public from learning of the conclusions in the OKC and 9/11 cases for purely political damage control reasons.
Of course when criticized for this, the executives will show up on Nightline in some type of public forum and say they do not know what people are complaining about for they claim they published all the facts (but in isolated disjointed fashion spread out over years with no conclusions).
Oh yeah, major media reported the news but deliberately in a way that the public could never understand the big picture and cause an elected politician or bureaucrat to be held accountable (it might be bad for big business at the major media).
And it is a fact that major media reporters rely too heavily on disinformation fed them by government officials in and out of Federal law enforcement. Part of it is laziness and part of it is fear of losing their jobs. The bar is raised to three independent sources for a reporter on a story relying on someone like me while the same reporter may not even have to quote one government source (its news don't you know)if he is relying on an unnamed source in the DOJ, FBI, Pentagon, White House etc. And if the reporter makes the political powers that be in the government unhappy, suddenly the reporter gets cut off from his government sources and has to work three times harder to get a story. And political campaign advertising dollars pay for a lot of the bills for big news media outlets who are careful no to bite the hand that feeds them.
As I said, given this type of behavior by major media, I do not write my articles for major media nor do I intend to help major media help a political figure or an embarrassed DOJ or FBI cover up a story.
Dodge City - Unanswered questions about the Oklahoma bombing (July 3)
THE MAINSTREAM PRESS FINALLY HAS STARTED paying attention to a story the L.A. Weekly broke 10 months ago about warnings that Middle Eastern terrorists were plotting an attack against the U.S. around the same time as the Oklahoma City bombing.
Seventeen days after the 9/11 attacks, we reported that the U.S. House Task Force on Terrorism and Unconventional Warfare had issued a series of confidential alerts to federal law-enforcement and intelligence agencies warning that Middle Eastern Islamists, under the leadership of Iran, were preparing a series of assaults in 1995. Last month articles about the warnings began appearing on the Associated Press, MSNBC.com and Fox News' Web sites.
The first alert came on February 27, 1995, less than two months before the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City. Possible targets included "airports, airlines and telephone systems," the White House and the U.S. Capitol building. On March 3, 1995, the task force issued an update that the terrorists had shifted their target list to America's heartland.
One month before the Oklahoma City bombing, Israeli intelligence had warned U.S. agencies that the impending terror campaign would use so-called "Lily Whites, people without any distinct background, record of any kind . . . who will never be suspected members of a terrorist group." It was a description that fit convicted bombers Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols.
The Weekly's information was included in an article ["Heartland Conspiracy," September 28October 4, 2001] about an investigation by Jayna Davis, a former Oklahoma City TV reporter. Davis detailed alleged connections between Samir Khalil, a Palestinian-born businessman in Oklahoma City, a group of Iraqis working for him, and McVeigh. Her investigation also included reports on the elusive John Doe No. 2, a man police initially said had been seen with McVeigh moments after the explosion.
Davis aired a number of stories on KFOR-TV, but her investigation was cut short. Although he was never identified by name or photo, one of the Iraqis, Hussain Alhussaini, stepped forward and publicly identified himself as the supposed John Doe No. 2 suspect in her stories. He demanded a retraction and eventually sued Davis and her station for defamation. KFOR froze the coverage because of the lawsuit.
During the case, the station was sold to The New York Times, which killed the story. Davis then quit, taking her research with her. A federal judge eventually dismissed Alhussaini's suit. He appealed the ruling and a decision is pending.
Davis obtained the confidential warnings from Yossef Bodansky, the executive director of the House Republican task force. "I got this material in late May of 1996," Davis says. Bodansky gave her permission to use the alerts in her reports. But then he called back and asked Davis not to air them. "He said the issue had gotten too hot, and no one wanted to deal with it. So I honored his request" at the time, she says. The warnings were never publicized.
Bodansky also requested copies of Davis' 22 affidavits -- she now has 26 -- and all of her taped interviews, totaling more than 100 hours. She sent him the material, and the task-force director has now passed it on to the U.S. House Government Reform Committee (news - web sites), headed by Representative Dan Burton (R-Indiana). The committee is reviewing the tapes and affidavits in preparation for hearings on alleged Middle Eastern connections to the Oklahoma City attack.
Ever since McVeigh and Nichols were arrested, the U.S. Department of Justice and the FBI have steadfastly maintained there was no evidence of Middle Eastern involvement. The agencies have also demonstrated an inexplicable disinterest in following leads that might challenge that position. Davis tried twice to pass on her material to the bureau, once in 1997 and again in 1999.
It may well be that McVeigh and Nichols acted alone. But questions remain, whether or not the government wants to answer them.

U.S. intelligence has found that China's military provided training for Afghanistan's Taliban militia and elements of al Qaeda before the September 11 attacks on the United States, reports Bill Gertz in the Washington Times. The training of the Taliban forces was carried out in cooperation with Pakistan's ISI intelligence service, defense officials told the Times.
The report, and others like it, is unwelcome news for some of the pro-China analysts within the U.S. government who are pushing the Bush administration to adopt a more conciliatory posture toward the communist government in Beijing. In addition, evidence of Chinese military backing for the Taliban continues to surface. Late last month, U.S. Army Special Forces troops discovered 30 Chinese-made SA-7 surface-to-air missiles in southeastern Afghanistan. Still other intelligence reports have indicated the Chinese shipped missiles to the Taliban after September 11.
