Oh yeah thats right, when your argument fails start attacking! Good boy. The UN would be very proud of you.

Let me know when you present a coherent argument worthy of a response. All I read was a post that talked about me licking the boots of the world elite and other such nonsensical ideas.

This is true. Did Michael New offer himself as a hero or is he just taking a stand?

Lots of Freepers have made him a hero and he does have quite the web page.

Or are people backing him who share similar values? A website? BFD.

The only nonsensical ideas seem to be coming from you. Have you EVER been arrested or sone anything against the law at all? You seem to make the argument that Michael is no hero because he has drug convictions. Our President got a DWI does that make him not worthy too? Your argument is full of holes dear Sir. Do you or do you not believe that Americans should wear a UN beret and serve under the UN instead of the US. Our great soldiers swore to defend the constitution of the United States of America. Do you think they do that by serving the UN?

You basically tried that with me already.
I don't have serious conversations with children or immature adults.
Remember?
You still are not ready...
Ready now? You seem to find me worthy of continued conversation despite your earlier claim.
Oh, that's right...Uh, no...

I am not portraying myself as a hero. I have never been arrested.

You seem to make the argument that Michael is no hero because he has drug convictions.

Not a tough argument since the drug convictions are recent history.

Our President got a DWI does that make him not worthy too?

A twenty year old DWI does not bother me.

Your argument is full of holes dear Sir. Do you or do you not believe that Americans should wear a UN beret and serve under the UN instead of the US. Our great soldiers swore to defend the constitution of the United States of America. Do you think they do that by serving the UN?

If the C-in-C orders a soldier to serve in a UN Peacekeeping Force, then the soldier must obey that order. That order does not violate the constitution. There have been some successful peacekeeping operations in the past, such as the force deployed in the Sinai Peninsula.

Illegally purchasing drugs is a shared value

A website? BFD.

Have you seen the website?

So you are saying that it is OK for Americans to serve under the UN? You say a 20 year old conviction doesn't bother you. Thats good, but a conviction is a conviction. You can't have it both ways. Oh and let me ask this again, have you ever done anything against the law?

Been reading all the replies in favor of New and have come to the conclusion that you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about and are simply reveling in the attention you are receiving here!

Attention from dunces is like getting no attention at all. So you are welcome to ignore me. Its the same result. :)

"Illegally purchasing drugs is a shared value"

Well maybe with the Bush family?

"Have you seen the website?"

Been on it twice.

IMO his intentions are good, he just got beat by the system. And that is the chance you take if you sign up to work for the government.

I would never put myself in that position. The globalist socialist bureacrats who run these outfits can do their own fighting. And hopefully someday, on their own dime.

"Yes, he received a dishonorable discharge"

Are you an honest enough man to admit when you're wrong? ... then prove it by posting proof of your above statement.

According to Michael New, he received a bad conduct discharge (Source: http://www.mikenew.com/newspch.html). I honestly don't know if there is an official difference between a bad conduct and dishonorable discharge However, a bad conduct discharge coupled with two drug convictions makes Michael New less than admirable.

So you are saying that it is OK for Americans to serve under the UN?

Like it or not, the United States is a member of the UN. If the C-in-C decides to order American troops to serve in a peacekeeping mission, then they have to obey.

You say a 20 year old conviction doesn't bother you. Thats good, but a conviction is a conviction. You can't have it both ways.

George Bush stopped drinking over twenty years ago, Michael New had two drug arrests less than five years ago within the span of a year. Big difference...

Oh and let me ask this again, have you ever done anything against the law?

Nothing worse than speeding tickets.

Sorry, couldn't take my own advice. Still no facts, thanks for proving my argument loser.....
