The only nonsensical ideas seem to be coming from you. Have you EVER been arrested or sone anything against the law at all? You seem to make the argument that Michael is no hero because he has drug convictions. Our President got a DWI does that make him not worthy too? Your argument is full of holes dear Sir. Do you or do you not believe that Americans should wear a UN beret and serve under the UN instead of the US. Our great soldiers swore to defend the constitution of the United States of America. Do you think they do that by serving the UN?

I am not portraying myself as a hero. I have never been arrested.

You seem to make the argument that Michael is no hero because he has drug convictions.

Not a tough argument since the drug convictions are recent history.

Our President got a DWI does that make him not worthy too?

A twenty year old DWI does not bother me.

Your argument is full of holes dear Sir. Do you or do you not believe that Americans should wear a UN beret and serve under the UN instead of the US. Our great soldiers swore to defend the constitution of the United States of America. Do you think they do that by serving the UN?

If the C-in-C orders a soldier to serve in a UN Peacekeeping Force, then the soldier must obey that order. That order does not violate the constitution. There have been some successful peacekeeping operations in the past, such as the force deployed in the Sinai Peninsula.
