Planned Parenthood Forced to Comply with Law
Evidence indicates PP hides sex abuse of minors

SAN DIEGO, CA--The United States Justice Foundation (USJF) has served notice on Planned Parenthood of San Diego and Riverside Counties demanding that they come into compliance with State Law or face a lawsuit.

USJF attorney Richard Ackerman, filed a notice pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1782 on June 7, 2002, demanding the following:

• (1) that Planned Parenthood cease having unlicensed personnel performing invasive medical procedures on patients;
• (2) that Planned Parenthood advise patients as to the qualifications, or lack thereof, of the employees involved in such invasive medical procedures;
• (3) that Planned Parenthood cease refusing to report the sexual abuse of minors by adult perpetrators;
• (4) that Planned Parenthood cease violating California Health & Safety Code Section 123405, which requires that only physicians can perform or assist in the performance of surgical abortions.

Planned Parenthood has until July 7 to comply with the demands or face legal action. Evidence to support Planned Parenthood’s violation of California Health &Safety Codes was obtained in part through sworn testimony of Planned Parenthood employees in a civil action filed by Planned Parenthood against several pro-life demonstrators, including Cheryl Sullenger, CLC Director.

Evidence that Planned Parenthood covers up the sexual abuse of minors was obtained from Life Dynamics, Inc. of Denton, Texas, which discovered that Planned Parenthood organizations around the country refuse to report the sexual abuse of girls as young as 13 who were sexually exploited and/or impregnated by adults, thereby allowing the abuse to continue.

Oh sure. I read a year or so ago, I believe in World Magazine, that an abortion clinic in Chicago was used as a cash laundering operation by the mob. Whether it was a Planned Parent'hood clinic I do not know.

Abortion clinics are almost wholly unregulated, because they are protected by the leftist establishment. If I was a gangster, I would launder money through there too, as it would be unlikely that I would be caught.
