I'm gonna go with drunken flying. Wonder what was the first indication of intoxication? Probably the uncontrollable giggling when asked to taxi to runway 6-9er.

ground crew workers reported smelling alcohol on the pilot and officer
When you see the cops making the pilot walk a straight line down the aisle that's not a very comforting sight.
