Law-enforcement authorities said they believe radical Muslims are seeking to create a patchwork of "hide-outs" in rural southern Virginia for would-be terrorists and other extremists. I don't think rural Virginia is probably the best place to "hide-out." It is rather populated, and I don't think these folks would blend in very well. But then I really am not familiar with rural Virginia. Perhaps it might surprise me.

Janet Reno is gone and will need a job after Jeb kicks her behind in November. Perhaps she could be a contract agent for the government. She would know what to do with a religious compound.

Because we refuse to acknowledge that Islam is the enemy, we allow them to build terrorist training camps here. Would we have allowed the Third Reich to openly run tax-exempt sabotage training centers here during the second world war?

Perhaps, it might be good for citizens to know where these hideouts are located, just in case, anyone wants to send them Christmas Cards. Is there any sort of directory for these hideouts for distribution to the common citizens?

...Sheik Gilani...a Pakistani cleric...founded the tax-exempt Muslims of America in 1980...is linked to Jamaat al-Fuqra, a terrorist group committed to waging jihad, or holy war, against the United States....Why, in the name of all that is HOLY, was this person allowed into our country? There are idiots at the State Department who need to be fired - I don't give a damn what the regulations say! They should be rooted out of that government bureaucracy NOW!

I'm astounded. This is the first I've heard of this organization and I'm surprised that it has not been "dissolved" by now.

Has Bush lost the iniative on the War on Terror? I thought he said, if you support a terrorist you are a terrorist. What are these people still doing in the country?

Radical Muslims in rural Virginia in the 21st century?
That sounds like campy Science Fiction movie.

Go
Here.
Enter "Islamic" in the quick search window. You will get back over 1,000 hits in the next panel. Too many for a list. Pick a state from the "drop down" to see the Islamic "nonprofits" in your state.

Muslims of America claims to be nonviolent, saying in a recent statement that Sheik Gilani "does not condone nor teach us to condone violence, especially against the innocent."If it were really true that Sheik Gilani is not teaching anyone to condone violence, why did this idiot feel the need to add the clause "especially against the innocent"?

This map will give you an idea where Red House, Virginia is located.
Getting close to the old homestead here in Virginia. I hope our State Police are keeping an eye on these guys..

Both religious cults and Islamo-Terrorists have a history of setting up compounds on the left coast and inntimidating the locals into leaving them alone. I don't think they will have much luck intimidating rural Southerners, or of surviving the attempt.

Raids by police in 1992 and 1993 on a 101-acre Muslim commune in central Colorado turned up bombs, automatic weapons, ammunition and plans for terrorist attacks.Coincidentally happening at the same time the feds were(vainly) sifting thru the ashes and charred bodies of Mt Carmel for the very same items.

Time to applaud those who have been warning us of this upcoming menace - time to recognize the work of Stephen Emerson.
