The Liberal Pledge of Allegiance
me | 6/28/02 | me

I thought we could have a little fun making pledges that liberals would want. Here are two that I came up with:

I pledge allegiance,
to the rainbow flag,
of the People's Socialist Republic,
and to the hypocrisy,
for which it stands,
one commune,
under Democrats,
with abortions,
and prescription drugs,
for all.

State Department Pledge: "I pledge allegiance to the doctrine of Palestinian Nationalism, and to the peace, which it will forever promise, one vision, unhampered by facts, undetered by short-sighted presidents, with diplomatic make-work, and cushy jobs for all".
