"has admitted to the police that he was solely and personally responsible for downloading, categorizing and maintaining the images,"Or at least that's what the police say. Who really knows? Police have been known to get, shall we say, creative about what goes in their police reports.

Not so fast----
The sparklies are important. I've had sparkly chips on my skin. They are sometimes very difficult to get off of the skin, they stick real good. Soap and water will remove most of them. However, I've had to pick them off of my skin anyway.
What if Danielle did have a bath that Friday night. What if Damon told her to bath and then get into bed. She might have, picked up more fibers from their bath towels, sparklies removed, wet hair not combed and knotted more. Then more fresh fibers from froggie, blanket, and mom.....Maybe their was more that happed when mom went to clothes her door.....

He'd asked to get them sequestered before and was denied.

I'm getting it LIVE on Court TV and if the Jury that is not supposed to be watching TV was watching Nancy Grace and company this morning, WESTERFIELD is toast.
"juzcuz" I do agree that the sparkles are a vital part of the investigation. They just stick to everything...for days.
Kim, it wasn't even a slip of the tongue, by Dusek...it was a deliberate and direct point that the Jury IS influenced by what the TV media is reporting...{if Feldman got his way about what he was asking for}
Judge Mudd said "they better not be watching"...
SEQUESTER THE JURY!@!!!

Depends on what kind of sparklies. If it was glued on glitter, it would fall off. If it was woven into the fabric, less likely. Or if it was actually sequins and beads.

Obviously Brenda was listening to Rick Roberts. Probably watched trial coverage, too, to see if television really does make you look fat.
Dusek indicated that some of the jurors might be watching the televised hearing, so that means he probably thinks they frequently IGNORE the judge's ruling and repeated admonishments to the contrary. If jurors hear only what the tv reporters analyze, they'd think their ears deceived them in court and these reporters, these professionals, must have better powers of interpreting testimony than they, common Joe and Jane Q. Public, probably do.
With a man's life hanging in the balance, I'd think a judge would want to take every precaution to avoid prejudicing the jury, not just hope they play by the rules when they get back home again at night.

I think that was referrin to DW's taped interview, and if it was, I have to ask was it introduced to the jury by dusek and if not..why?

People in the mean alleys and smoky dives of the Brooklyn waterfront know that a sock or small bag filled with sand makes a fearsome weapon, all the better because it leaves no marks. Thus the verb "to sandbag," which since around 1887 has meant "to fell with a blow from a sandbag," or just generally "to bully or intimidate." The specific "hang back" or "slack off" sense of "sandbag" you're wondering about comes from poker, where it originally described a player who held off raising the stakes in order to lull the other players into a false sense of security. The poker sandbagger would pounce late in the game, clobbering the other players with his good hand. More generally, "sandbag" has come to mean to under perform any task in order to gain some advantage.

That's a bunch of hooey... they should have been sequestered from the beginning..NOT in the middle of the game. That actual request is so conveniant for the defense to scream for now.
To: shezza
Dusek made the case that Feldman presented, for sequestering the jury.
Either Sequester the Jury, or place a gag order on Court TV...(I can dream).

Yes kind is important---
Police investigator on the carpet found "fallen" sparklies on the carpet could they have been the loose type? Not the woven. It was a two piece outfit-shirt and pant???? I know that sewn sequined and beaded outfits are very expensive...

The Defense has asked for it since day one.
Don't you want DW to get a fair trial, Kim?
