wrt:her being dirty...dirt on her face, dirt on her clothes and hands..please direct me to a pic of that please. I don't want to argue something I've not seen yet.
Seems like the week is always so much busier for us. Weekends are great cuz hubby's home all weekend..son's off of work..fun stuff is relaxing to me.

Is the paint on the wood surrounding the hottub? He could have tried to subdue her in it prior to taking her out.. maybe the struggle made her so tired etc.,

Knock it off, Kim...That's my opinion, and YOU know it.

Feldman is "begging" that the Judge sequesters the Jury for the rest of the trial... Did he explain why?
To: spectre
WRT: the beast pics.. Wonder why? Not relevant?
To: spectre
Spec...sorry, I thought you knew something I didn't. ya'll are just touchy!!!
To: ~Kim4VRWC's~
Yes, because the Press is misrepresenting the total amount of porno pictures, to the Prosecutions advantage, among other things. He's talking again now....

LOL That you KNOW about.. :-p

K, I'm listening on radio now... misrepresentation eh? Hmm..not sure what to think about that. He sure didn't need them sequestered during prosecution's time.
To: spectre
WOW, Prosecution just screwed up big-time. Dusek says "we don't want to influence the Juror's who are watching this (us) on TV!"
Mudd says "they better not be"...
SEQUESTER THE JURY!!!!

I like this judge..
Feldman says that the Prosecution knows good and well that they are going to call Faulkner to testify that Danielle's body could not have been deposited BEFORE Feb. 16 (or 17?), and that the Jury is going to hear it.
The word "sandbagging" is being tossed around.
Anyone else watching this?

judge says prosecution is right to worry about defense sandbagging cuz they don't have the defense list ready. He said he'll be concerned about prosecuton sand bagging the defense during rebuttle.
To: spectre
That is defense list of witnesses ready. sorry

" I like this Judge"...
Sure you do...AS soon AS Dusek made a point of the Jury watching this on TV, Feldman should have raised an "objection" to the Judges deniel of sequestering the Jury.
The prosecution just ADMITTED they watched TV and were influenced by it!
Unbelievable oversight by Judge Mudd.
