9th Circuit Court is
UNAMERICAN!!!
They can take 'their' law to a people that doesn't pay their salaries.
"I pledge allegiance to the 'bench' on which my 'brain' does rest."

We could take the IGWT phrase off of the currency and save on ink. It would add up over time.

Floriduh Voter got through to Senator Nelson's office. THE SENATE IS ASKING FOR A RESOLUTION TO THROW OUT THE NINTH CIRCUIT DECISION RIGHT NOW ON C-SPAN. Senator Nelson either has or is going to speak. I know he's a democrat but per his staff, HE'S P-OED. TURN ON C-SPAN (warning HRC is running the Senate right now). Regards, FV

I always thought it was there but when I lived outside of San Antonio, the Ware Pair on San Antonio radio used to go after folks all the time and ask where in the Constitution it said that. I never forgot it as I finally went and researched it!

9.11.
"God bless America" is sung by Congress as they hold hands on the Capitol steps.
6.26.
Federal Courts reveal to the nation how the Federal government really feels about the God who created them and blessed them with the greatest, most free, most prosperous nation-state the world has ever known.
I wonder how the LORD will reward America's learned scholars, legislators, and jurists (and the voters who put them where they are,) this time? I must imagine it won't be pretty.

LOL!
didn't mean to jump in on your turf....

Actually, there is a site that encourages people to write www.wheresgeorge.com in small letters around the edges of money and to record the serial numbers on their site to see where they turn up.
Instead if that, I'm going to write "One Nation, Under God" around the edge of all my bills before I pass them on.

Thank goodness that judges don't have to worry about getting re-elected. They can make judgements with their conscience.
You think any politician, Republican or Democrat, is going to agree with the courts decision at this point? With the exception of Cynthia McKinney, it would be political suicide (and maybe even in her case, too.)

TURN ON C-SPAN NOW IF YOU HAVE IT. SENATOR BYRD IS IMPLODING AND DISSING ATHEISTS. "LET 'EM LEAVE IF THEY DON'T LIKE IT."
To: Mo1
c-Span2 Live Senate coverage. Said the judge is idiot. OMG now Bird is quoting the Bible. Saying let them put him into jail for reciting the Bible. " I will not let this country be ruled by atheists. Let them leave the country!" AMEN

I'll give you $100.00. You said the words "separation of church & state" were nowhere to be found in the Constitution. I, as a quick aside, merely pointed out that neither are "right to privacy" or "right to a fair trial"
What irked you about that I'll never know.

Haven't had the time to go through all the messages here yet so don't know if this was repeated or not, so please excuse my post if it is. The person most responsible for this travesty is a Dr. Michael A. Newdow, used to practice Medicine in Jersey, and I assume now is located somewhere out west. The organisation supplying both support and I assume money is
LINK. This whole organisation is dedicated to the elimanation of Religion. Lots of Anti-American atheists.

I always thought that home schoolers were fanatics; shielding their children from the necessary socialization that schools used to provide. Now, I KNOW why their kids win the spelling bees every year and consistently score much higher on standardized tests than their competitors in the public schools; they're the only ones who learn anything worthwhile!

I guess that judge never read the part in the Declaration of Independence, the
"legislative intent" bedrock on which the Constitution rests, where the founders signed that they, with a firm reliance on Providence pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor to make the start of this country.
They knew and God knew this country did not have a "prayer" to get past the British into freedom, and liberty and JUSTICE FOR ALL (wish the judge would take note of that) without God.
Am doubting this makes it out of the USSC alive.

LOL .. OK .. let me try this

We, the people of the State of Washington, grateful to the Supreme Ruler of the Universe for our liberties, do ordain this constitution.
To: aristeides
It wont -- just some form of CYA for the obstructionist.
