A few individuals control the media - which allows them to control what information us "common folk" have access to and to spin that which they allow us to see in any manner they want.
Sure do wish this had gone all the way to SCOTUS.
God bless you JimRob
So they get a little less free publicity. Their loss.
Thanks for the info.

sorry if you've already seen this, I'm just cut&pasting...
Have you guys followed the WorldNetDaily.com problems of their trying to get access to the feral government press briefings? Thanks to the interlocking directorships, corporate 'standing' as a Man in courts, and the egregious tax policies foisted on US by the bureaucracy ~ we now have a fee press.

As you know, the founders felt so strongly about that; they enshrined it in the first Amendment. If you've read many of the British newslinks, they often start with the phrase "... it can now be revealed ... or some such verbiage ~ indicating the 'approval' of some government agency to report the story. Political news and discussion belong to the People, not the corporations and their minions.
I also have no doubt, that in this present clime and with this group; SCOTUS either would not have granted cert, or you would get a very narrow decision against FR's position.
Thank, Jim ~ keep on keepin' on.
I suggest running the articles through this.
as an example, this: Running an article through Babelfish a few times might do it.
