Ummm, I'm suspicious of
all of your answers ;)
From the top down:
A breadstick.
Gawd, shoot the baker.
A hunk of goat meat.
Why does it look like it has raisins?
Curried rice.
I thought it looked more noodle-like, actually.
The thing on the bottom looks like bacon which is a no-no in Islam, unless it's goat bacon?
"Goat bacon"? Now you're really reaching. But, that's four proposals, so since you're first in line, you're in the lead for the time being. ;)
I'll have to ping some people to get some help here, and maybe set a deadline...

Let's start with the basics: Taxiing 101.......................BUT. ..BUT...BUT...They lost 15 of their flight instructors.

Good, now they can stay home and out of the U.S. schools. No excuses.. I'd rather have them stay home and out of U. S. air space.

1) Repellent light-brown object on skewer.
2) RIP Fatima the Goat.
3) Yellow rice on a spoon. Looks edible: surely here by mistake.
4) Repellent dark-brown object on skewer.

Get out your check book.
1&4: Tripe, boiled and fried.
3 is rice with saffron, and No. 2:
prime Mare's Blood Cheese!

,,, route all flights ex Saudi and the Emirates thru Kuala Lumpur and clear them thru the Marshall Islands. That will keep pressure off Europe and the UK - as well as revenue, but who cares? Trans-ship them to US carriers at the Marshall Islands stage and load their fares accordingly.
Israeli air traffic doesn't get hi-jacked, so they could remain with their present operational routing.

Sooner or later, the middle-east will be one vast radioactive glass desert. The sooner the better.

1) Repellent light-brown object on skewer....
4) Repellent dark-brown object on skewer. Surely literally true, but I was hoping for something a bit more specific ;)
2) RIP Fatima the Goat.
A popular answer thus far.
3) Yellow rice on a spoon. Looks edible: surely here by mistake.
This is good. I still think it looks more noodle-like, but yellow rice looks plausible...

prime Mare's Blood Cheese! That's horrible. I sincerely hope you're wrong, but I'll give credit where it's due if you're not.
I like #3 - that looks like a winner for now. As for the rest, I'll have to reserve judgement for the moment - I'm not a big mare's blood cheese fan, nor a fan of tripe, so my experience is sadly limited. Is there some place I can look at pictures or recipes for these gourmet preparations, for comparative purposes?

My guesses:
1) Snake on a stick.
2) Goat-organ chop.
3) Saffron maggots (from dead camel roadkill).
3) Rat on a stick (the Official National dish).
Come'on now, gimme a taste!

1) Snake on a stick. Hmmmm...
2) Goat-organ chop.
Okay, my knowledge of Middle Eastern cooking is limited to falafels and hummus and such, but is there a reason goat keeps popping up here? Is goat a major part of the diet that I don't know about?
3) Saffron maggots (from dead camel roadkill).
Wow. That covers the color and the texture...
3) Rat on a stick (the Official National dish).
I think I'll need a reference for that one ;)
Come'on now, gimme a taste!
No f'ing way, my man. Not a chance in hell. I'll wait for a report from someone who's flown this airline, thanks ;)

I remember in college whenever we had to choose up teams to work on a group project. Arab students would exclusively select only other arabs to work on their teams. The same thing with Iranians. They always spent a significant amount of time in heated debate about who would be in charge and once a leader was chosen, all other team input was squelched. They were examples of mis-management and always so fun to watch.

"It will be one of the most modern pilot training centres in the world," said Mohammed Abdullah al-Angari, general manager of the Projects and Trading Company, a private firm contracted by Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) to build the centre. And you can get your pilot's license in half the time and for half the cost of comparable schools! (Landing lessons sold separately.)

The last time I saw something like that thing on the bottom was when we had a puppy and it ate one of my wife's knee-high nylon stocking. A day or two later, that's what we saw.

Why does it look like it has raisins? Those are goat turds. That's what makes the "special sauce", um, special.

Can we evacuate all the passengers?
When we're on the ground, yes.
To: general_re
I don't know about the others, but that last one looks like this fellow on a stick:
