I like #3 - that looks like a winner for now. As for the rest, I'll have to reserve judgement for the moment - I'm not a big mare's blood cheese fan, nor a fan of tripe, so my experience is sadly limited. Is there some place I can look at pictures or recipes for these gourmet preparations, for comparative purposes?
1) Snake on a stick.
2) Goat-organ chop.
3) Saffron maggots (from dead camel roadkill).
3) Rat on a stick (the Official National dish).
