At the Department of Housing and Urban Development, President Bush continued his message about strengthening the community through home ownership. Bush also formally sent his proposal for Homeland Security to congress. In addition, Senegal President Abdoulaye Wade visited the President today to discuss terrorism, the political crisis in Madagascar and development in Africa -- and heartily agreed on one thing: their hopes for a U.S.-Senegal World Cup final. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

QUOTE OF THE DAY: We must recognize that the threat of terrorism is a permanent condition, and we must take action to protect America against the terrorists that seek to kill the innocent.

Hi again, I forgot to tell you that while I was at the hospital, a kidney specialist came in and was asking all kinds of questions. It seems that since Jan was so dehydrated that it had affected her kidneys and liver. The potassium drip was really painful for her, too. I do not know how long she will be in the hospital. I am exhausted so I am going to bed early tonight. It has been a long day. MamaB

I have a favor to ask: Could you re-post the pathway to your 911 tribute?! I didn't get a chance to view it the last time you posted it for us -- I understand that it is an INCREDIBLE piece of work!!
