Even if all of this is true, and I wouldn't debate it, it doesn't go to my point. I'm interested in my rights and the constitution, in this case, in all cases.

Since you are interested in your rights then I will suggest that you locate another thread because this thread is not about your rights. We are concerned about the terrorist amongst us and I for one don't care if they ever get a trail. If they are concerned about their rights, then I say they have 2 rights. They right to return to the country from whence they came or the right to (die) as in dead.

While we are sitting around here trying to be PC, they are killing, raping, and plotting to destroy us and our PC country.

I'm sorry, you are incorrect.

We are concerned about the terrorist amongst us and I for one don't care if they ever get a trail.

Me either, what trail they take is their business. Oh, you mean trial! :-) The problem is that in your hysteria, if he doesn't have rights, neither do you.

If they are concerned about their rights, then I say they have 2 rights.

What you say people's rights are is irrelevant since you aren't in charge of passing out rights.

They right to return to the country from whence they came

Are you advocating turning this man loose to to return to his country without being charged with rape? I don't think that will be a very popular option on this thread.

the right to (die) as in dead.

So,,,,let an accused rapist go free as long as he goes out of this country,,,or,,,kill him without a trial? LOL, those are some logical choices!

While we are sitting around here trying to be PC, they are killing, raping, and plotting to destroy us and our PC country.

PC? What in the hell does that mean? That someone who demands the rule of law, which all free societies are built upon, is being politically correct? That is one of the most imbecilic comments I have ever seen.
