I'm not certain why it matters that I am a libertarian, or a Libertarian for that matter.

As to the question, you need to provide more information. Like for instance,,did he do it? Right now he is accused.

My comments concern the rights we possess. Like the right to a trial. If he has none, I have none. That's problematical for me.

After that, if he is guilty, we can chat about what the penalties should be for various crimes. I have no pity on the guilty. Particularly those of heinous nature.

The Fed's DID NOT blow this off. I just spoke to the local field office about Hicham's weapons training and other threats he made to this country at the job. He specializes in field combat,weapons training, and martial arts. ALL SOUND FAMILIAR?

The agent was having a field day with this...said he just read the article like 30 minutes before and then I called and he said "There is a lot to go on here..." we talked for about 25 minutes and he asked whether or not if I was willing to meet with them or not.

Can you imagine if I just nabbed a member of a cell? Christ...where's my 25 million and rope to hang him with??

I got off the phone with a great source TJ. He did it. He fits the M.O. for just about every middle eastern man's belief's out there. His family is trying to have the best DNA expert refute their findings..which were pretty much that he is done. He has refused to take the DNA test and is waiting on word from a family attorney. This story is now officially exploding.

He has an EXTREME hatred for women with any freedom or that reject him. Also an EXTREME hatred for this country's policy against his "people", besides his training and everything else?? Anything else you might want me to add to this? Like him pulling a knife out on a co-worker and putting it to his neck when he made fun of the Saudi prince when in Texas?

I'm pretty sure that these people have the same rights while they are here. As to my own opinion, I'm not sure if that is the correct policy or not, I have heard (and made) thoughtful arguments on both sides.

Even if all of this is true, and I wouldn't debate it, it doesn't go to my point. I'm interested in my rights and the constitution, in this case, in all cases.

If he did it, he is a swine and whatever happens to him is deserved.

Can you change the title of this to "Muslim Man Charged With Rape Of 11 Yr Old In Florida?" I believe this thread needs to be looked at more because I am very well familiar of this guy and his past and family connections. This is not a story to be buried. Thanks.
