A 30-year-old man who investigators say sexually assaulted an 11-year-old Marco Island girl, threatening to kill her during the rape if she told anyone about the attack, was arrested Tuesday night.
Marco police arrested Hicham Rhazouani of of 1786 Dogwood Drive, Marco Island, and charged him with sexual battery of a person under 12, burglary while armed and burglary with assault or battery. He was in custody Wednesday night at the Collier County jail on $200,000 bond, sheriff's officials say.
Police say the rape happened April 9 in the 1000 block of San Marco Road. The name of the victim isn't being published because of the nature of the case.
Arrest reports give this account:
Around 2:45 a.m., the girl said Rhazouani came into her room quietly and awakened her. She said she was half asleep and Rhazouani was whispering to her.
She said she could feel a small knife, which fit into his hand, held to her throat. He'd taken it from his rear pants pocket.
Before he raped her, he asked her how old she was and if she were a virgin. When the girl told him that she'd never had sex, he said, "It won't hurt. I'll be gentle."
He then sexually assaulted her, asking her where she went to school. He kept talking to her, trying to keep her quiet and threatening her by telling her he'd come back and kill her if she told anyone about the rape.
During the police investigation that night, officers learned that a white car had been seen across the street from the house. A Collier sheriff's K-9 tracking dog had picked up a scent in that area, between the girl's house and a house across the street.
Rhazouani had been chased out of the girl's house by a man who lived in the house, but Rhazouani got away, heading toward where the white car was parked.
Police questioned the owner of the house across the street, who said she rented to two foreign exchange students, whom she described as being from Egypt. Police earlier had learned that the girl's attacker was a man with an acdcent.
Last week, police interviewed a friend of Rhazouani who said Rhazouani was often out late at night drinking and hanging out at local bars and also stayed up late on the Internet. The friend also remembered seeing police at the girls home and said Rhazouani was at his home that night.
The friend's description matched that of the one given by the girl and the man who chased the suspect. Police interviewed Rhazouani who said he was staying at the house that night, that he would help and said he was "shocked that this could happen."
On Monday, police showed a photo lineup to the girl and the man who chased her suspected attacker,. Separately, each chose Rhazouani.
On Tuesday, police interviewed Rhazouani who was read his Miranda rights but who decided to talk to investigators.
He said he couldn't have committed the crime because of his religious belief. He was then told that his photo had been picked by the victim.
He then asked to confront them and prove that he is innocent. He kept declaring his innocence and when he was told there were bodily fluids that could be used to determine if he was the attacker, he stopped talking.
Rhazouani, a citizen of Morocco, said he wanted the government to provide him with an attorney and ended the interview.
She's shared with us ....
Hey MFH, you get a sexchange operation and not tell me? Not that there's anything wrong with that, I'll still be your friend and stuff.
I wonder, is the next major attack imminent?
Does he know this and doesnt care what happens to him, because the next attack is already in motion?
What did they say in their latest rant, 2 million children dead? Major Bio attack already in progress? Smallpox?
Does he know that the rage against his kind will not spare him anyway, so why not rape a few children?
Very frightening Concept.
This rapist, according to a FReeper who worked with him at the resort, was advanced rapidly by the manager.
Mohammed himself assaulted a 9 year-old.
AISHA BINT ABU BAKR
daughter of Abu Bakr and third wife of Muhammad. According to the ahadith in Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, and numerous other reports, she married Muhammad at the age of 6 when Muhammad was 53 and they consummated their marriage at the age of 9.
Narrated 'Ursa:
The Prophet wrote the (marriage contract) with 'Aisha while she was six years old and consummated his marriage with her while she was nine years old and she remained with him for nine years (i.e. till his death). (Sahih Bukhari 7.88)
Narrated 'Aisha:
I used to play with the dolls in the presence of the Prophet, and my girl friends also used to play with me. When Allah's Apostle used to enter (my dwelling place) they used to hide themselves, but the Prophet would call them to join and play with me. (The playing with the dolls and similar images is forbidden, but it was allowed for 'Aisha at that time, as she was a little girl, not yet reached the age of puberty.) (Fateh-al-Bari page 143, Vol.13) (Sahih Bukhari 8.151)
Narrated 'Aisha:Some Muslims claimed that Muhammad did not initiate the marriage with Aisha, but that Abu Bakr, after Aisha was spunned by a prospector and was not able to find another man to marry her, approached Muhammad to marry here. However, the following hadith clearly showed that it was Muhammad who was the initiator and Abu Bakr was even shocked at that suggestion.
Allah's Apostle said to me, "You were shown to me twice (in my dream) before I married you. I saw an angel carrying you in a silken piece of cloth, and I said to him, 'Uncover (her),' and behold, it was you. I said (to myself), 'If this is from Allah, then it must happen.' Then you were shown to me, the angel carrying you in a silken piece of cloth, and I said (to him), 'Uncover (her), and behold, it was you. I said (to myself), 'If this is from Allah, then it must happen.' " (Sahih Bukhari 9.140)
Narrated 'Ursa:
The Prophet asked Abu Bakr for 'Aisha's hand in marriage. Abu Bakr said "But I am your brother." The Prophet said, "You are my brother in Allah's religion and His Book, but she (Aisha) is lawful for me to marry." (Sahih Bukhari 7.18)
Narrated Hisham's father:Aisha was surprised at the (consummation) of marriage"
Khadija died three years before the Prophet departed to Medina. He stayed there for two years or so and then he married 'Aisha when she was a girl of six years of age, and he consumed that marriage when she was nine years old. (Sahih Bukhari 5.236. see also Sahih Bukhari 7.64, Sahih Bukhari 7.65)
Narrated Aisha:
When the Prophet married me, my mother came to me and made me enter the house (of the Prophet) and nothing surprised me but the coming of Allah's Apostle to me in the forenoon. (Sahih Bukhari 7.90)Narrated Aisha:
The Prophet engaged me when I was a girl of six (years). We went to Medina and stayed at the home of Bani-al-Harith bin Khazraj. Then I got ill and my hair fell down. Later on my hair grew (again) and my mother, Um Ruman, came to me while I was playing in a swing with some of my girl friends. She called me, and I went to her, not knowing what she wanted to do to me. She caught me by the hand and made me stand at the door of the house. I was breathless then, and when my breathing became Allright, she took some water and rubbed my face and head with it. Then she took me into the house. There in the house I saw some Ansari women who said, "Best wishes and Allah's Blessing and a good luck." Then she entrusted me to them and they prepared me (for the marriage). Unexpectedly Allah's Apostle came to me in the forenoon and my mother handed me over to him, and at that time I was a girl of nine years of age. (Sahih Bukhari 5.234)
Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin:
The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) married me when I was seven or six. When we came to Medina, some women came. according to Bishr's version: Umm Ruman came to me when I was swinging. They took me, made me prepared and decorated me. I was then brought to the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him), and he took up cohabitation with me when I was nine. She halted me at the door, and I burst into laughter. (Sunan Abu Da'ud 41.4915, Sunan Abu Da'ud 41.4916, Sunan Abu Da'ud 41.4917)
Aisha related many hadiths which became the basis of many portions of the Shar'ia. She was given the title Mother of the Believers (Ummul Mu'minin).
Some others have contended that the hadith reports are inaccurate as regards her age: The Learner disagrees and gives more details, while another confirms that she was 9 years old, (The Young Marriage of 'Aishah), besides taking some snipes at Christians.
These rag-headed scumbags wish to emulate their god Mohammed who was himself a pedophile.
Yet another reason to carry where ever you go.
I'll definitely make it a point to bring those three standup targets on 6/23.
I know nutmeg bumped some CT FReepers but I figured I'd do it too in case someone was missed. Pretty scary stuff. Be sure to read post #25 and subsequent follow-ups. I apologize for any multiple pings, just thought that it was important.
CT Bump!
If any one would like to be removed from my CT Bump list, please let me know and it will be done ASAP. Conversely, if you would like to be added the same holds true.
Wealthy, trains weapons, martial arts; radical Islamic: He is suspiciously like a member of a Al Qaeda or Hammas cell.
In short, a sleeper agent.
It is very suspicious that this article would be removed from the site, but not as suspicious as the FReepers statements that the rapist-terrorist's family has put up the $200M bond and plan to jet him out of the country.
Please keep us up to speed. And, if no update appears, think about contacting a competing paper.
I found it at the "Marco Eagle".
Wow! Thanks for the ping, nutmeg.
Horse puckey. Marco is located right at the northern end of "1000 (or is it 10,000?) islands," mangrove swamps/islands notorious as hiding places for drug smugglers who can bring up boatloads of drugs undetected. When I lived in Naples in '88, a very wealthy attorney at our club made his mega-living defending drug runners. Creep.
I wonder whether those Arabs on Marco are cashing in on drug business to fund al Qaeda. Probably. You might run this past your FBI connection, or even call the DEA.
