One thing that occurred to me: Padilla lived and was arrested in Broward County Florida (Fort Lauderdale area) around the time McVeigh was there living with his sister -- in the early 90s, between 1991 and 1993. Can anybody verify this? Just a thought to add to the thousands of others.
