Ashcroft detailed this guy's movements, and the transfer to DOD custody is very interesting, because the guy is a citizen. However, Ashcroft recommended the transfer and asked President Bush to give the order to do so.

If a member of Al Quaeda, and I have every reason to believe they have big time proof, this means they want to use the tribunal and want to keep their information on how they tracked him secret.

By the way, this guy went through Chicago's O'Hare airport, Illinois freepers. Let's be careful out there!
