The DOJ apparently thinks it has a case to prove treason...maybe there are two more eyewitnesses to back up Mujahir's confesseion and Zebadyah's testimony.

I dont know that they are charging him with treason, only with conspiracy to kill Americans, lower threshold. They also arrested his conspirator in Pakistan. If they knew what the two were talking about and were tracking him all the way through the Middle East and Europe before he came back, I would think they must have done some electronic surveillance on him.
