"The more information I get on this lastest arrest the more nervous I am getting. The US Attorney NY and the US Government could not prove in Federal Court its case to further detainment this guy, so it was decided to give it to the Military"

That isn't what happened with this guy at all...given new information, his status appears to have changed from being a prisoner held on state charges to a prisoner held on international conspiracy to commit terrorist acts against Americans charges....which is a biiig change. His situation is worse, not better.

So what! He was arrested here in the United States, under US LAW not a world court and international law. Is he a US Citizen or not? What makes him different than Moussaoui?

Why is Moussaoui getting status and his guy not? No one has told me about any additional formal charges. Moussaoui crime was worse, he was part of the conspriacy to attack.The fact remians that there is even NO Military tribunal established.

So what gives here?
