So what! He was arrested here in the United States, under US LAW not a world court and international law. Is he a US Citizen or not? What makes him different than Moussaoui?
Why is Moussaoui getting status and his guy not? No one has told me about any additional formal charges. Moussaoui crime was worse, he was part of the conspriacy to attack.The fact remians that there is even NO Military tribunal established.

Yes, Mujahir IS a native born citizen. In addition, he not only confessed, there is corroborating evidence which supports his confession. He therefore changed from a little fish up on a routine charge but under suspician to a Big Fish because the suspicions about him have been confirmed.
Zacharrias Moussaoui is not a US citizen. He is a French national, who was here on a student visa ( I think it was a student visa ) Moussaoui has NOT been as forthcoming as Mujahir apparently has, because Moussaoui is attempting to circumvent US law with Islamic law. I have not heard the judge is asking for ANY such proof of federal sources as some claim. I only know the DEFENSE asked for more time, which wasn't granted, then the fed asked for more time, and it was.
The cases, charges and nationalities of the perps is different, that's all.
