From the listing, it appears her bedroom was on the 2nd floor. Do they have any theories as to how he got up there? A balcony? rope? This is just awful. There has to be some trace of his coming and going, even on property that large (nearly an acre).

He cut the screen and opened a kitchen window, which must be on the first floor. So he probably went up and down the stairs. However is it certain that the girl's bedroom was on the 2nd floor? While the 1st floor bedroom is likely the master, its not always the case, especially if the house was customized.
BTW, I thought milkmen were long a thing of the past.
