Not only is he a Harvard MBA, but he grew up in Midland, TX. That makes him outgoing, friendly, tough, quick, and decisive all at the same time. I once worked for a Stanford MBA who grew up in Midland, TX and he was an excellent, decisive manager. (Bonus GWB Joke: "If Al Gore invented the internet, why do all the internet addresses start with WWW ?")
