Don't you just love Curves? I've been going since February, did great March and April, lost 11 inches, backslid in May and as soon as I come back from my cruise next weekend I'm hitting it hard. I've been going less than a month, so I don't know how many inches I've lost yet, but I definitely feel better toned. Were you on their diet, too?
Don't blame you for waiting to come back until after your cruise - we've been on two of them, and all we did was eat.

No I'm not following their diet plan as I am a diabetic and my nutritionist doesn't recommend the elimination of carbs the way most of those plans do it. However, a friend has changed her eating to have very low/no carbs at breakfast and lunch, then has limited carbs at dinner and she incorporated walking 5 days a week, she's lost 70lbs and I've gotten her going to Curves now as well.
