The ex-potus should not be allowed a dog.

Unfortunately, a few people get dogs for reasons unrelated to love.

I posted 'Bad Barney' because of the missing carpet (in case anyone wondered) cuz I love Barney.

However, I understand he's not to be trusted rug-wise.

In Bubba's case he wants the dog to convey a false all American good guy image. Here's what I think will happen. The dog will be taken to Chappaqua and placed in a run somewhere on the grounds. Some hireling will toss out food and water on a daily basis and there will be occasional exercise. We can pray the hired help has been cautioned about using a leash so there won't be another unfortunate Buddy incident. Once every few weeks Bubba himself will be sure to be seen on the front lawn with Seamus for a photo op. Poor animal.

I have good news for you. In Wphile's Barney & Friends tape she's circulating in the Dose library, a reporter from one of the morning newsie shows on the pets stated that Barney IS now allowed in the OO. I interpret that to mean he is now fully housebroken. He still doesn't get into the meetings, though, because he chews on George Tenet's shoes and distracts Condi.
