"Has Limbaugh been selling KoolAde on his website?"So now Rush and his adherents are nutcases?? LOL...
Please forgive me, I forgot -- clintonh8r has ordained himself the preeminent field-general of conservatism -- apparently as long as it's the all-inclusive, big-tent, centrist-RINO version that is compelled to wear goosestepping boots.
Bottoms up amigo, and remember: Your left...Your left...Your left...

Yeah and he made millions doing it. Rush was never political at all until he saw a market for being the voice of conservatism. He provided a great service and is very well compensated for it. I am not slamming Rush, I am just pointing out that he used Clinton to go from a wannabe sports announcer to national "spokesman for the conservative cause". You will notice that his "criticism" of Bush coincides with the heat he was getting for the interminable cigar and golf shows. He needed heat and he has created it. That is good business and I don't fault him for it.Rush did not make his career off Clinton. He was around for years before Clinton arrived, and was very popular already. Where have YOU been?

"A liberal policy is a liberal policy whether it's advocated by a "conservative" or a liberal." Steel tariffs aren't "liberal." No, they are "nationalistic" and possibly even "isolationist," but not liberal. What is "liberated" when tariffs are imposed, after all?!
Tariffs breed trade wars. Tariffs cause other nations to become more protective, more nationalistic, and more isolationist. That is the traditional trend of the right, not the left wing. Tariffs run contrary to the International Socialists' goal of a unifying world government...

A tax is a tax whether it's applied the finished product or at the import point.
To: cruiserman
A tax that applies to imports but not to domestic American products has entirely different national ramifications than does a tax on all products (e.g. sales, property, income)...
