WASHINGTON -- Occasional grumbling by some prominent conservatives about President Bush sometimes overshadows his extremely solid support among stalwart Republicans and conservatives around the country.

Many Republicans and Democrats seem to agree that support by itself does not tilt the 2002 elections toward the GOP. Some, however, say it could offset the gains the party out of the White House -- Democrats, in this case -- historically has made in midterm elections.

"the guy with the sandwich board on Main street predicting the ending of the earth."

I was sure we'd see global warming first. Dang, I was so much looking forward to it. I'm really getting tired of these Wisconsin winters.

Look kiddo, CCPing a bunch of things, which I knew befor4e your parents were out of diapers, if they were even born yet, doesn't proved a bloody thing. The " seperation between church and state ", FYI, has been with us since the writing of the Constitution. It was put in there, to keep this nation from having a NATIONAL RELIGION ! Fo read Article 6, Clause 3.

Yes, almost all of the colonies had a STATE RELIGION and it was awful ! The Mass. Bay colony persecuted, as bit as badly, if not far worse, those who didn't walk in lock step with the Mather Revs. That's how Rhode Island came into being, dear.

Please do more reading, and far less hotheaded posting. If , for one moment, you imagine that you know far more than I and most of us here do, you have another think comig. You also have a LOT of growing up to do. : - )

Thanks for taking the time to judge me by my age. I will make sure to return the favor by no longer wasting my time with any of your posts to me.

I am TRYING to get you to stop posting the way you do. Look, you can get in a great deal of trouble with advocating violent overthrow of the government.. You can also get this site in a great deal of trouble.

I am not saying to go out and blow of government people. All I said was that in the future I believe another revolution will occur. We have lost so many freedoms in the last 50 years. The sad thing is had I said my age was 70 I would have recieved more respect. I've said I was older in other political places and recieved the regular respect any adult should have then once revealing my actual age recieved the response I was given by you.

I might only be 19 but once again age does not matter when it comes to knowledge age only matters when it comes to wisdom.

That tax cut, was faster and earlier done than the one Reagan got through and then raised taxes on ! Your memory not working all that well ? Also, Reagan's Amnesty package, was far more deep and thorough, than the one that President Bush hasn't even gotten through one House yet.

All you do is complain and complain, and compalin. You can't see the dorest for the trees and you most assurredly don't know history. You're judgng Bush on 18 months and your own biased assumptions. That's juvenile ! You don't have any idea what will and will not be accomplished by this president . If you are claiming that you know, with 100 % accuracy, then you're even less to be read / listened to, than you have already proved that you aren't.

I can tell you this with no bravado. I will shoot on sight any person, group or organization that decides that "it is time". I don't care if they are a self styled "patriot" group, the Black Panthers, the KKK or foreign and domestic terrorists. They are all cut from the same cloth. #306 - texasforever

I agree, Miss M. -- Why are so many of these posts that advocate 'violence', - like the one above, --- ignored?

might only be 19 but once again age does not matter when it comes to knowledge age only matters when it comes to wisdom.

Then damit show some maturity. You need to stop reading survivalist rags and understand that this country is NOT a tyranny and NOWHERE near revolution. I will try one more time. List the "freedoms" that you have been denied and that you want restored. BTW that Michigan Militia screed is the LAST thing you want to post on an open forum under your name.

The sad thing is had I said my age was 70 I would have recieved more respect.

Truthfully ... My answer would be NOPE

I've been lurking .. not really wanting to jump into the mess you call wisdom and knowledge

You may mean well and I can understand your point about wanting less government

But in all honesty .. You my dear have A LOT to still learn and that is only something the comes with age

It's called ... Life Experiences

Now that I have shot of my opinion .. I am off to bed

Night Y'all

No, you aren't seen as a " radical right wing " ( that IS what you meant; isn't it ? ) anything. You're seen as an over zealous, bloviating, hyperventalating, hgh on his own juvenile bravado and machismo baby, who needs to learn a great deal more about history, human nature, and someone who needs VERY badly to gain a great deal more maturity.

Go join one of the armed forces ! Now, at long last, I finally understand why it is that 18 and 19 year olds have always been used as cannon fodder. sigh

Hey, at least you are honest and said that you didn't vote for GW and probably will not.

Then you posted, "Bush isn't going to win reelection merely by appealing to his original base, especially if he starts losing some of them.

The only People that President Bush has lost are the honest ones like you and those who never voted for him and will never vote for him.

You can never lose anything that your never had. Bush never had your vote, so he will not lose your vote. GW never had the vote of those who lie that they voted for him, so he will not lose those votes.

What he is picking up is the Jewish American Vote in massive amounts.

In California a rat poll showed that GW would handily beat GORON if the election was held to day. If that holds up re California, GW will be a walk in except for the illegal votes. That will not be as big as of a factor in 2004.

Thanks again for being honest re how you voted and how you feel now.

property rights, taxes, gun rights, 4th amendment search and siezure rights, private companies subject to unfair taxes. These are just main general topics but we have lost freedom in all these catagories. Oh yeah and what about Waco, and the Randy Weaver incident, I guess the feds have a right to burn peoples houses down while their alive and shoot at children and their mother.

If you have to actually ask what freedoms have been lost, then you are so lost that you'll probably never figure it out.
