I just heard this story on a local radio program so I had to check to see if it was posted here yet. They have tried to change the status of Clinton's monument to degradation so many times it's ridiculous in an effort to milk taxpayer dollars to the max. It's despicable, especially when you consider that Arkansas in up to it's ears in what is largely Clinton-induced poverty as it is. That scumbag is the ultimate parasite!
