Just the headline on DEBKA for now, Global Sercuity.org has new detailed satellite shots for the Iran Nuke Facility.
Newly released Ikonos satellite imagery shows progress towards completion of Iran's nuclear power reactor at Bushehr.
This new image reveals for the first time the recent installation of cooling water pipes from the reactor area to the water intake structures.
Completion of the water cooling system is a key milestone towards making the reactor operational once it has been fueled.
Using their own imagery satellites, the Israeli military is undoubtedly also monitoring the progress towards completion of the first Bushehr reactor.
Although the reactor is not designed to produce nuclear weapons, the spent fuel from the reactor could be reprocessed to yield plutonium, which is why the reactor is under Inernational Atomic Energy Safeguards.
As with the Iraq Osiraq reactor two decades ago, Isreal may face a choice as to whether to attack the Bushehr reactor before it becomes operational.

Great pics!
It sure would be a shame if Iran's nuclear program were to meet with an "accident". :)

And Chinese- built guided missile patrol boats guarding the reactor..

And look how many there are this year!!

I wouldn't be surprised if Israel does take it out.
However, I think Putin actually has a valid point. We're complaining about them selling the reactor to Iran, but Bush has ok'd us building one in N. Korea.

Better shot of the new structure going up..

No doubt, talk about the pan calling the kettle black, GEEZ, but then again, it was clinton that allowed us to be blackmailed into that little gem.
Bush should tell North Korea to screw off, Israel should bomb that plant into nonexistence, and then take out the palestinians. If you're gonna do it, DO IT UP RIGHT!!!

Bushehr overhead shot of all areas...

What was that saying President Bush said about "Being with us or against us in this war on terrorism"? Gee, Iran is part of the Axis of Evil and Russia is aiding Iran.
No wonder the U.S.A. is the laughing stock of the world. We make all these proclomations and threats and just back down from them.

And Russia has opened 20 factories to build military components for the Chinese!

This is true, and I sure as heck don't want to be blackmailed by Russia in order for them to stop.
Lightbulb!!! Why doesn't Bush get with his so-called "oilbuddies" and see if they will pay for a pipeline across the strait from alaska and into Russia, let's start pumping their oil!! Gives the russians an infusion of cash, and hopefully will keep then from selling their nuclear knowledge to all bidders, and gives us a valuable resource so that we won't be as dependent on the middle east, and We have a stick over Russias head. They'll get addicted to our cashflow from oil, and if they misbehave, we stop buying oil from them.
3 birds with one stone, infusion of cash into russia, less reliance on Middle east oil, and we have a stick over the russians heads.
OOOHHHH, I like it, what do you all think?

Maybe Iran ought to ask Iraq what happened to their French Breeder Reactor at Osirak.

You never know. Bush is a smart cookie. That could have well been discussed. Look how surprised the media was when they found out Bush was going to sign the treaty that day. It never go leaked until he said so.

And Russia has opened 20 factories to build military components for the ChineseHey, in a way I give them credit for that. Guess the Chinese weren't able to steal all their tool and die :)
BTW, thanks for the great pix. Wish we had some of the N. Korean site, but I don't think they are nearly that far along anyway.

Did you see the 2 missiles on the back of each of the Chi-com made gunships?
Good detail on the satellite pics..
