This the same park they seached with the police cadets. Rememebr how they took pretty much the hole summer search this same park? The park is near by where Chandra and Creepy Condit lived.

I think maybe since Gary Condit is such a jerk, no longer in a position of power and most likely broke, someone may have deposited the body for "payback"...tin-foil hat is on!

To add to the tin foil hat alert - the FBI might have had this all along but covering up for Condit due to his position on the Senate Intelligence committee BUT since the FBI is getting slammed lately and no one from that committee is sticking up for them KAZZAM! All of a sudden Chandra's body turns up!

Again, I don't actually believe this but it would make for a good story.
