"Was there a failure of intelligence? Did the right officials not act on the intelligence in the proper way? These are the things we need to find out," said House of Representatives Democratic leader Richard Gephardt. Sorry but they are legitimate questions. Or do you prefer to put your brain in neutral?

Sorry but they are legitimate questions. Not if the questions happen to come from Little Dick Gephardt. He has zero credibility.

Well, maybe you should ask Dick Gephardt. I find it very interesting that he, of all people, would make that statement, since he got the same briefing at about the same time that the president did. Gephardt doesn't want answers; he wants to smear the president.

Sorry but they are legitimate questions. Or do you prefer to put your brain in neutral? We would have put our brains in neutral to take Gephart seriously, especially since Congress had basically the same information as Bush, and hypocrite Gephart didn't sound the alarm.
Perhaps the Congress should investigate itself.

"independent mind"
Why is it that liberals can't admit they're liberals anymore? This "independent" costume fools no one.
You know full well that this discussion has nothing to do with national security, and everything to do with another failed attempt by the left to take a bite out of W's approval ratings.
Enron, "the picture", and now "He knew!". This is like watching a blind boxer at work.

Oh, for the love of God. Legitimate questions of whom and where ? Pod People ? Mars ? Tell me, do bright, shiny objects fascinate you for hours ?

The congress had the same information that the White HOuse did in Advance. What did he do to prevent the attacks? Nothing, not that anyone could have, but the point is, he is a partisan lying attack dog!
Good questions, indeed!
