So the Democrats now have a new hero. I wonder if Gore is helping pay his attorney fees.

We'll just have to ask for the death penalty next time to end his threat once and for all.

One question: Why are they still alive to be such pains in the rear?

And you know what? He'll probably win too.
We seem to lack the will to defend ourselves.

"A federal jury in Manhattan found him guilty of murdering the 213 people, including 12 Americans, who were killed in the August 7, 1998, truck bombing of the U.S. Embassy in Nairobi, Kenya.
"Trial testimony and evidence showed that al-'Owhali -- who had trained in al Qaeda camps in Afghanistan -- helped prepare the bomb and rode in the passenger seat of the truck that transported it, firing stun grenades at embassy guards in an effort to help get the truck close to the embassy's rear entrance. Al-'Owhali was also convicted on numerous conspiracy, bombing and weapons charges.""I don't discuss anything important"
Errr....sure. Don't worry, al-'Owhali, WE believe you! Don't we, FReepers!?

Why should we fear enemies like like Islamic terrorists, when seemingly never-ending packs of jackel lawyers are around to gladly flush America down the toilet....
However, even for that there will be a fee.

because al-'Owhali's command of English is very limited, and the government won't allow a translator Wouldnt this also be a violation of the Constitutional right to counsel? If the US wishes to have its own translator on the line to be sure no attack orders are sneaked out, fine. But until the fat lady has sung the last note on his case, he still has as much a Constitutional right to counsel as you or I.

That's part of the problem with the American legal system. No doubt some moron judge will side with the terrorist and allow this nonsense to go on for the next 10 years or so.

They are lucky to be left alive to be able to sue if you ask me, were it up to me, they would not be. Of course , were I in charge, this lawsuit would be thrown out too, but with all of the liberal judges in place now, fat chance of that.
