That is how the first Liberal moron judge should have ruled. Agreed. But mostly it was appalling that they had to drag the bitch kicking and screaming out of her post when her term expired.
It was worse than Gebhardt being so reluctant to turn over the gavel for the House Speakership to Gingrich and Newt having to practically pry his hands off of it during the ceremony in 94. But like some former Democrat committee chairmen in the House literally yelling and putting on a hizzy fit when they didn't get to run things anymore back then.
They don't really believe in democracy.

You are very welcome!

Great pixes per usual!!
I'm psyched tonight for a number of reasons:
1.) The US Court of Appeals overturned a lower court ruling and OKed Dubya's appointment to the US Commission on Civil Rights. This decision will effectively neutralize Mary Frances Berry who has been a thorn in the side of conservatives -- particularly conservatives on college campuses (my work environment) -- for decades. Congratulations President Bush!!!!
2.) The House and Senate seem poised to give Dubya trade promotion authority -- another incredibly important victory for the president!
3.) Last, but definitely not least, I just returned from purchasing a gorgeous (yet tastefully sophisticated) gown for the President's Gala that my sister and I will be attending next week in Washington DC. We will be interacting with a number of famous/infamous politicos; however, there's only one reason that we are moving heaven and earth to attend this event -- to meet President Bush!! [Actually, I owe my husband a BIG thank you for this; even though he can't attend the Gala, he worked the phones (and his contacts) relentlessly to provide my sister and I with this opportunity. I'm married to a saint!!]

No, he thinks he's Napoleon! This one man (?) is making decisions that prevent the Senate from performing its Constitutional duties.

Ms. Berry will still refuse to seat Bush's appointment until the case has worked it's way up to the Supreme Court. I will bet dollars to donuts that the Supremes will not take this case.

I am green with envy. Take copious notes, report back and ping me if your sister can't go, okay?

only one reason that we are moving heaven and earth to attend this event -- to meet President Bush!! See him, yes. Meet him, difficult, even at these high dollar events. If you want to shake his hand even, you'll have to be smart and agressive in how you position yourself.
To: McLynnan
Howdy! Heard what you were TRYING to tell HSM about me. I'm shocked! You know I'm an angel! LOL

WOWSERS!!! I am literally stunned! PLEASE take copious notes and photos!! We want every last detail, from the menu to what color Laura's gown is and of COURSE anything you can tell us about the President!!
Do you know if this will be televised?
Your husband is indeed a saint! He is a standard for ALL husbands to live up to!! LOL!!
To: kayak
he thinks he's Napoleon! I think it's more like he knows he's Arafat. His own people will assassinate him if he doesn't continue the terror.
To: ClaraSuzanne
HSM wanted to know. Something about blackmail. I'm not sure what she was talking about.

I agree I think it will be denied too. Berry was wrong and she knows it. I think she thought the President would roll over rather than fight her. Duh.........I bet he is as sick of Democraps as we are.

Like I said Democrats don't think they should have to play by the rules.
