Ping!
I don't know about the rest of you, but when I read articles or hear speech talking about "homosexual children" it nearly makes me sick to my stomach and always gets me mad as hell.

I agree. How can a child who has not reached puberty "know" one way or another? I think there is a lot of "projecting" going on when gay activists make these claims. They are making things up just to bolster their genetics claim.
Which is interesting because when researchers said they had identified a gene that could be responsible for homo-sexuality, they screamed loudest trying to debunk it. They were afraid people would start trying to identify the gene in utero for the purposes of selective abortion of "gay" fetuses (the only time I think I ever heard them advocate Pro-Life sentiments).
They want us all to take it for granted they are "born that way" but they don't actually want the genetic proof. Which is proof of how lame their arguments are.
I will say that I have no problem with any adult's sex-life behind their own closed doors. But, they might as well be promoting addiction when they put it on TV or teach it in the schools...same difference.
Right after I posted this morning, I met my father and his girlfriend for breakfast. His girlfriend (although a very nice woman) is quite the socialist. I bit my tongue a few times for my dad's sake but we did get on the subject of the "gay agenda". (uh-oh)
Man, she started talking about the 7-8 yr. old "homosexual children" in her neighborhood (she lives in Holland) who had no one to turn to with these "feelings". I got pretty vocal. I reminded her that these 7-8 yr. olds probably had no idea what homo- or heterosexuality was until it was pointed out to them by someone with an agenda. Then, because they once might have had a thought about one of their friends, etc., they NOW believe they are homosexual.
Minor touchy-feely games("playing doctor") by kids of the same sex/age-group can be just normal play and it's also reasonable for parents to put limits on this behavior. It appears to be these GLWAA's (Gays/Lesbians With An Agenda) that want to exploit these normal kids and make them think they are "different". (And turn around later, it seems, and fight to be considered normal...go figure.)
Anyway, I explained alot of what I thought on the matter to her. I don't think she changed her views, though.
To paraphrase someone much smarter than myself, "a fanatic [i.e. liberal] is someone who can't change their mind and won't change the subject." Liberal ideology is the new religion for those opposed to standards. Political correctness is a matter of "faith."
