Discrimination by Hispanics against White and Black Americans is perfectly acceptable ----many businesses around here hire 100% Hispanics, you almost couldn't find a 100% White or Black business any where. What is really grating is they'll even put EEO employer when they have have no intention of hiring anyone but their own kind.
