AMBON, Indonesia--For violent religious conflict--especially between Muslims and non-Muslims--the world's attention is directed at the Mideast and the threats emanating from al Qaeda.

But this archipelago nation has its own share of bloody discord, and like other countries facing such trouble it is attempting its version of a peace process, with mixed results so far.

Arab outrage is going off the charts:

SUDAN
- Several hundred thousand people marched denouncing Israel and America
- Two million Christians killed by National Islamic Front
- Calls for 'holy war' against Israel
- Jihad forcing Islam On Christians, Using Rape and Killing

MOROCCO -- hundreds of thousands demonstrate against Israel and America

SAUDI ARABIA - Wahabbists plus money = world-wide mess

PALESTINE
- Islamic Mufti calls for the murder of Jews and Americans
EGYPT
IRAN
NIGERIA
- Sharia Declared In Southern Nigeria For First Time

LEBANON

- Surrogate for Syria

SYRIA
Under the iron rule of the Ba'ath party, the security forces smashed the power of the Islamic fundamentalists in the 1970s and 80s. Nevertheless:
- Syria's Assad denies holocaust

The above is just a tiny sliver of what is going on in the region.

Can someone explain how Islam isn't the issue here?

Can someone explain how the West isn't on their short list?

Can someone explain how this isn't a clash of civilizations?

So during the colonial period, the population of Indonesia was majority Christian. Christians resented "the influx of Muslim Immigrants." And today, Christians "are only 10% of Indonesia's population."

This will be the future of Europe and America if Muslim immigration is not stopped. The problem is American and European Liberals who are paralyzed by their Liberal paradigm and cannot--or will not--see the reality of the situation. This is probably the significance of the Le Pen vote in France--there being deep concern, on the grassroots level, about this very thing.

So "missionary efforts by Christians have" been "successful"

This is encouraging. The people of the West should inundate the benighted Muslim countries with missionaries, converting as many of these misguided people as possible.

But "missionary efforts by Christians" have "fueled the anxiety and anger of Muslims" who "feel Christians are threatening their religion." So "human casualties include not only the dead and wounded but" also "the Christians who have been forced to convert to Islam".

Certainly these "forced Muslims" need only protection to enable them to "reconvert" to Christianity. Perhaps other Muslims would convert if it were safe to do so or if they were educated enough to see the difference between Islam and Christianity and to make an educated choice. This is all the more reason for aggressive proselytizing in these countries. Missionaries have been successful to some degree even under these adverse circumstances. They must be protected and their work encouraged.

Muslim organizations clearly want "to make Indonesia into a Muslim state".

And not only Indonesia--North America, Europe, India, the Phillipines, and the entire world.

The warnings could not be more clear!

"Last year, Agus Wattimena, the head of a Christian militia fighting the Laskar Jihad, told me: 'Go back to America and tell Christians that they must help us here.' He was killed shortly afterward."

The true meaning of militant Islam is obvious.

Militant Islam intends to conquer all of the people of the world and to subject them to Islam and the sharia. Its advocates declare this. They will use whatever means are available--clearly including terror, murder, ethnic cleansing--whatever.

The warning alarms are blaring! Does the civilized world hear them?

The first and most important step in defending against this evil must be the removal of its enablers from power in North America and Europe. This means the repudiation of Liberalism and the "Liberal paradigms", the defeat of Liberal political candidates--Democrats in the U.S.--and the removal of them from office.

Those who are tempted to vote for Liberal/Democrat candidates must realize that a vote for them is a vote for America's enemies and for the destruction of the U.S.

The world faces an enemy every bit as dangerous as The Third Reich--perhaps more fanatical and more dangerous. The civilized people of the world--especially in the U.S. must defend themselves. It will not be easy. They cannot afford to do otherwise.
