Israeli soldiers used Quran as toilet paper
1 May 2002
Israeli soldiers who have taken part in the invasion of 1967 Palestine used torn pages from the Quran to wipe themselves.
At the opening meeting of the Knesset's summer session yesterday Arab Member of the Knesset Ahmed Tibi accused soldiers of "wiping their butts" with pages of the Holy Quran during the so-called Operation Defensive Shield.
"They take a Koran and use it to wipe themselves in the bathroom, your soldiers, your boys," Tibi said.
"You should be ashamed of yourselves. What a disgrace." Tibi also accused the IDF of making men walk naked. "Is this a war on terror or civilized behavior," he asked.
Tibi then demanded that Jewish members of the Knesset condemn the behaviour of the IDF soldiers.

I guess its OK to desecrate a holy book as long as its not your holy book . . . Answer #1: "...but they did it first!"
Answer #2: By their fruits shall ye know them (good advice for those unknowledgeable about plants). The Quran is an unholy book.

You think they really use the Koran . Such a simple mind.....

I guess its OK to desecrate a holy book as long as its not your holy book . . . That would probably depend upon whether that woman senselessly killed by a suicide bomber was your sister/mother/girlfriend/cousin/?.

Tibi then demanded that Jewish members of the Knesset condemn the behaviour of the IDF soldiers This while our peaceful Muslim brethren hold one of Christianity's holy sites hostage.

Given the News source I don't think this is an objective story.
MK Ahmed Tibi is a traitor who has expressed statments of solidarity with Hizbullah and illegally attended Hafez Assad's funeral. Tibi has no compuntion about lying for a story.

The Quran is an unholy book.

You think they really use the Koran .
I don't know if they did or not. You all seem to celebrate the idea . . . such a simple mind
