On the contrary, I think this is exactly what NBC should do - give the Slug a talk show. It will bomb, big-time IMHO. Let the Clintonites have their little love-fest. No one else will watch, beyond initial curiosity.
Billy-boy is so sickening the audience will evaporate and sponsors will dwindle rapidly. Have at it, NBC. I'll watch NBC shows even less than I do now, which is practically none!!

Agree completely! In addition, billy-boy is so undisciplined that the powers that be would be having fits waiting an hour or two for him to show up for a taping while the spoiled hollywood ego guests would be throwing a temper tantrum. I think it would be fun!!

NBC = Barnum was right, there is a sucker born every minute.

What makes you so sure Billy Jeff would bomb? Wouldn't the same idiots who voted for him for President watch him on TV?

I think you're absolutely right. This show would bomb big time. People would tune in initially out of curiosity and then they'd tune out after they see him for what he's worth. It would be the final nail in the 'Toon's coffin.

You are right about this. The more the average joe or jill sees and hears this "bad ol' boy" the less he will be liked or respected. It would be better for Clinton to follow the old adage,"Absence make the heart grow fonder."

On the contrary, I think this is exactly what NBC should do...My thoughts exactly. I hope they sink a bundle into creating a show for that scum bag and then lose every penny of it. I don't watch tv anyway, so I don't care if there is yet one more slimeball show.

Sure IMHO they are just looking for a way to get clinton the money. You know everyone in Harlem will listen to him. focus groups.
