Wait, according to "Calypso Louie" Farakhan, isn't there a spaceship full of black aliens orbiting the earth already?

If this white South African had somehow become an American citizen , do you think he could have gotten away with referring to himself as an African - American ? hehehe...

Why not. Colin Powell's parent are from Jamaica, but he is still called an 'african-american'.

Where to start? What is the issue here? Is it that most Africans are black? Or maybe that the phrase African-American has been made synonymous with black that it's seen as some sort of betrayal to have a white African in the news. Newsflash: There are white Africans.
The man is African... and he's white. So what!?!
Let some enterprising black African build a half-billion personal fortune and he couldn've been on the space trip. Then maybe the BET crowd would be happy. In the awkward words of some ditzy congresswoman, it would have been an "African-American living in Africa."

JESSE JACKSON: "The crime is that Mr. Shuttleworth lacks the pigmentation of Mrs. Butterworth. We must put the "race" back into the space race."

Given his foreign policy statements, I think he's a "Ganja-Amerrican".

If a black African wanted to do the same, I'm certain the Russians would be happy to take his money.Agreed, but I would lay odds that they would still make him ride in the back of the shuttle.

Should he be the UNAFRICAN then?
To: H8DEMS
That's the silliest poll question ever.

The anger is understandable. Jessuh Hijackson and other leaders are still getting over the discovery recently announced by Borebra Lee, the esteemed Congresswoman from Oakland, that The Man in the Moon is white....
