President Bush headed to the left coast today with stops in New Mexico and California. Bush addressed a crowd at the University of New Mexico saying that he will work to pass federal mental health parity legislation to eliminate disparites in the coverage of mental health benefits. The President then headed to Los Angeles where he made several stops before attending a fund raiser this evening. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

Did you hear/read that Clinton is supposedly going to make a major foreign policy speech within the next week or so? Not a paid speech, a press op as a 'former president'. He is amazing, eh? His theme song should be "Let's talk about me."

Young man, I would like to add my welcome to all the others. You are a credit to your parents. It's always a pleasure to have young conservatives join us here. You are the future and the future is going to need all the conservatives we can turn out. God bless you and guide you.

DG - I don't have a Christian Alternative station here, wish I did... I just listen to the random station that plays good music
7o9 - Yep... I download a lot of music off the net. My favorite artists are Smashmouth, Sugar Ray, Nickleback, Lifehouse, Creed, and any sort of video game composers, especially Jun Seneoue

This expression is one commonly used in Texas, and if verbal language follows it usually includes the phrase "don't f*** with me" or "don't mess with Texas if y'all know what's good for ya"
It could also be a burr in his saddle. In which case, he is thinking, "how the hell do I get that out, without looking obscene".

It may just work!
