President Bush spoke to the press late this afternoon from the Western Whitehouse, confirming reports that both Israel and Arafat have agreed on a way to end the stand off at Arafat's headequarters. Arafat has agreed to hand over six wanted terrorists to US and British officials while the Israelis have agreed to let Arafat free and to pull out of Ramallah. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

You know, I was so upset during the Florida recount. The only times I calmed down was the rare times Bush would appear and answer a few questions.
I attribute this to the fact that he is grounded in his faith, and when I see him I am reminded that I should put my faith in God and not my own efforts.

I read a report about how the Saudi prince showed W pictures and videos of what the Israelis are 'doing' in the Palestinian terrorities. I hope to God he showed the Saudi prince a video of 9/11. Errrrr.

Oh, that would be more than
worse......it would be
unthinkable!!
Because, you see, the people on this thread (both male and female) love this President because of his goodness. We love him because he is honorable and dignified, intelligent and wise, loving and strong, faithful and committed to his beautiful wife, genuinely concerned about his fellow man, but feisty enough to fight the bad guys with a determination we have not seen in our generation.
Are we a bit overboard sometimes.......probably yes. But there are times that I can barely contain my excitement for what God is doing in this beloved country of ours through this man, and I'm not in the least apologetic for that.

I still think you are a wee bit over zealous in your love of GW Bush, but it could be worse; you could be this way about Billy Jeff Clinton. While I can't talk for OhioWfan, I would say that she doesn't "love" GWB, she loves his decency, honesty, love of and devotion to his country, love of his family, and his love of God. All these things were lacking in his predecessor.

"But I tell you who hear Me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who persecute you." Luke 6:27These are words our President lives by. Beautiful scripture, thank you.

The Saudi prince showed the President those pictures to let him know what they werre dealing with with the Arab press and the masses being whipped up by propaganda.
It would be like President Bush showing the Princea tape of Carville and Begala talking about the election.
Nothing to fret about, in my opinion. Time is in the business of spreading disinformation...as in saying that Republicans were upset about W's turn to the right. Ha!
To: Wphile
It's never a double post, Wphile...it's just hiccups. When a disruptor or Bush basher has hiccups it aint cool...when you do, it's cute.
To: homeschool mama; Miss Marple
Thank you both for your reminders. I gte upset sometimes and go off on a tangent. I know I should be forgiving and pray for those I disagree with and I try not to hate even my enemies.

As usual, you have done so in a very thoughtful and dignified way. And you are RIGHT...there is nothing to apologize for.
