Explosion at technical school in Manhattan
Brings back dead memories.
I was going to Rockefeller Center when this broke. St. Patrick's Cathedral is right across the street. There were dozens of police officers preparing for a funeral of a Police officer. (I think a hero from 9-11). You could see the sress and anger in their faces as they listened to the radio dispatches.
