Small wonder why fishwraps like the Washington Compost and the LA Times want to close down this site.

I've got news for 'em: Ain't gonna happen. FreeRepublic is here to stay, whether they like it or not. So get over it.

Still a lot of work to be done. I think freepers could have a major impact on the future of the country.
