What you say about conservative vs liberal women is technically true but I maintain that some quirk of neurobiology made women more likely to prefer their emotions to their logic so by mass enfranchising women you create more illogical then logical voters.
It's probably that little quirk having to do with the ability to conceive and bare children.
However, men are hardly the sole possessors of logic and reason. Seems the world was pretty screwed up for many, many years when men controlled all the institutions.
And sheesh...look at the Arab world. Women don't have much of a say there and well, just look at it. For some reason, I don't think you'd be much less cynical in THAT environment!
