What does legalization have to do with this?

He'd be arrested for child abuse same as he's be arrested for driving head on into a family of 5 while drunk (alcohol is a legal substance BTW).

I don't do drugs and think those that do are idiots.

Let's don't legalize drugs, look at all the crimes the current laws are preventing. Like stopping dad from biting his kids finger off.
